The most likely alternative would be to not get any e-mail at all. I for one am glad to see my most recent e-mail get answered within a day as opposed to just not hearing from them for a week because they don't have an update on the situation.

I don't want to start a flame war with you, but comments like this are unnecessary. We should not be satisfied with a form email that says absolutely nothing after 3 weeks of silence.

I requested a check a while back, received it and cashed it. About a month ago I received an email saying there was an issue with the checks and not to cash them if I hadn't yet - they refunded my account the money and gave me an extra $100 for my troubles. Of course, I immediately requested another check (approved 7/12) and have still not received it. I sent full tilt a stern email yesterday but am yet to hear back. Sorry that I havn't read through the whole thread, but have there been similar situations?

Since you didn't say anything about your check bouncing, you're already freerolling. Back of the line. (But yes there's a bunch of us. 7-10 to 7-12 seems to be the problem dates. FT Doug says we'll be getting an explanation e-mail shortly) Trip to the Borgata on Thu is going to have to suck a little now

The only reason I made the comment is because it seems really clear that the processor(s) in the United States are the main source of the problem. If the processors don't respond timely to Full Tilt, how is Full Tilt supposed to respond timely to you? Obviously requesting checks are a risk area, which is why it's encouraging to see that cash pickup is now offered and according to FTPDoug, the bank transfer problems are close to resolved and may be available again soon.

We accept a certain amount of risk playing online poker in today's legal environment. As a result, these delays can and do happen. All I ask is that when they do, Full Tilt actually answers their e-mails. I'd much rather receive a reply saying "we're looking into it" than nothing for a full week, at which point I'm wondering if they even got the original e-mail in the first place.

Everybody complains when they send an e-mail and get no response. Now they start responding more timely and people complain because there isn't enough information. I actually look at this development as a step in the right direction. There's a LONG way to go. But this thread could be a little less of a bashfest and a bit more constructive. I have little doubt they're working on it and aren't thrilled about losing thousands of customers because of these problems.

This whole 7/10-7/14 withdrawal span is a total disaster and handled very horse**** by Full Tilt!!!
What really inferoirates me is I've been trying to withdrawal since mid June and now it seems that everyone who has done a check withdrawal after 7/15 has received it in lightening speed.
**** I am I pissed at Full Tilt and all this bull****. How is it possible that the processer has past us over and everyone with a withdrawal NOW gets there money. F- grade for FT.

coca-cola bounces payroll checks about every 9 months. usually only effects a few people tho. i'm not worried about this one.. YET. i'm keeping a close eye n this thread because i have a check that should be arriving any day.
My bank emailed me today below saying that my FT deposit failed and debited the affected amount. FT has confirmed that they have received my NSF email about this issue yesterday. Awaiting their response.

same email I got for a 7/15 resent check for $400 its been months. This is ridiculous.. wtf are they going to claim it was lost in the mail or something. why the **** did they re credit my account with money from a bad check claiming the check situation was fine then have me believe it was alright to immediately cash it out only for this to happen! my god

If anyone else has had one of the FL 7/11 fed-ex checks clear or bounce, (or clear, then bounce I suppose) please post.

I deposited one on the 29th, "cleared" on the 31st and is still in my account as of this morning, August 6th.

Guys relax! I'm sure everything is fine! Don't email them, because you know they won't respond. It will only put them behind with their REAL work! Wouldn't want to hassle them, ya know. It's not like they are messing around with (our) large sums of money or anything.

FWIW I'm still waiting on checks approved 7/15 and 7/22 totaling over 5k. Nobody is getting "patted on the back". I'm just as affected by this as pretty much anyone else. Doesn't change the fact that a lot of people are failing to see the big picture and are selfishly pointing the finger at the most convenient target.

I played last month to get my iron man bonus and clear the bonus for the last check fiasco (which I still haven't been paid for). I did well and cashed out via the new method which works nicely. However, I decided i'm not gonna play anymore until I recieve my check from july 10th (originally june 20th) or my pending bank transfer withdrawal from june 4th.
