"Thank you for contacting Full Tilt Poker Support.

We apologize for the delay in processing your Cash Pickup withdrawal request. Our cashiers work hard to process transactions in a timely manner, and withdrawal requests are typically processed within 48 hours.

Unfortunately, we are experiencing slightly longer processing times due to a high volume of transaction requests. Rest assured your withdrawal will be processed as quickly as possible.

Withdrawals are processed in a first in, first out basis. For security reasons, some withdrawals require further investigation before they can be processed, which can make it appear that withdrawals are not processed in the order they are received.

We appreciate your patience, and if you have any further questions or concerns, please let us know."
And this.

You just got a check credited back, right? That shows up as a deposit. Deposit immediately before withdrawal sends up a flag, it goes to security and waits on line over there. I'm sure as soon as someone looks at it it will be obvious what happened, and your withdrawal will be approved.

my first withdrawal took 2 hours to approve

the 2nd took 24 hours to approve

if they say up to 72 hours and i expect the former to be the norm, i'm ******ed.

imo you should plan on 24-48 hours

I've been to those hole in the wall places where they didn't have forms to fill out. My experience is I never had to give out my SS# to pick up my money. And I don't think anyone should give out their SS# for these transactions...

Where can you find list of places to make the pick up once it has been processed/you get reference # ? Sorry if this question has been asked before but haven't seen it from what I've read.

Once approved, is there a time period where you have to get your money? I just got approved and will be going to walmart. I've never done this before. Did you guys just go up to the customer service and there should be some form there?

Yes, a form will be there. Fill it out. The most important thing is them entering the control number in their system. This will supply them with all the answers they need if you missed something on the form.

PLEASE DO NOT SAY ANYTHING STUPID WHILE DOING THIS. I am sure you know what I mean.

Just got back from Wallyworld with my money. I have to give FTP credit, they said 24-48 hours to process and approve in the first e-mail, and it only took them 47.5 hours for them to come through. I guess I should never doubt their non-responsive e-mails in the future.

It will be a cold day in July before I play there again.

Wait, are you bitching and complaining about the people bitching and complaining about the people bitching and complaining? Quite a level.

I just thought it was ridiculous. I'm done being forum-nazi, k.
