we need a success story from someone who withdrew thurs or fri. that seems to be the cutoff for the slowdowns.

Ive gotten no reply and emailed earlier today . My hubby emailed and got a reply within 30 mins.... not a very good one but atleast they replied... I get no reply... wtf

I emailed support about that very thing and they claim in their response that they process requests 24/7. I'm at 30 hours and climbing and mad but then I read the 80 hour people and I don't feel so unlucky. Someone that requested a cash pickup from thursday on post on here the status of your request. seems like it was going pretty smooth untill about wednesday or so. When exactly was this option introduced?

my friend and i requested cash at the same time. he got his in 2 hours, and im at 80 hrs and counting. from what i can tell, there is no rhyme or reason to it.

yea they claim that they are processing them in the order they are received but I can't come to believe that. I would HOPE that the email I got saying the process them everyday of the week would mean they are approving them as we speak but worst case scenario perhaps we will see our money monday. I was hoping to get mine to take to the tables at the casino tonight though

i just got an email like this accept for the top part, and i love how it goes from 48 hours originaly to 72 now after its approved and moved to processing. They just continue to make **** up as they go obviously

made my first cash pickup request Friday 3pm, got info to pick up money same day at 6:30pm

I submitted mine a 2pm cst and haven't got didley yet! in the order they are received is a bunch of BS.

Just thought I'd post my experience - submitted cash out request 10:00pm-ish on Thursday. Received processing email time stamped 10:32pm Thursday. Received approval email time stamped 6:31pm Friday. Went to local grocery store to pick up cash around 10:00am Saturday. Left with cash in hand around 10:15am. Overall, this was a very good experience. All times are EST.

Has anyone from Illinois been approved for a cash pickup yet?? I also think its funny that they say 96 hours now (72 for processing, another 24 for the confirmation).

maybe if you're from state A or state B ur fine, but state C and D it takes forever... :P

Went to a place smaller than wally world July 19th...they insisted on SS # which I totally hated. Gave it anyway. They paid the 2500 in 20's which I thought was ridiculous (they didn't have any larger bills). Even asked for a money order but they didn't have them.

But still, got my money from start to finish in about 24hours. Awesome stuff FTP.

So, I have a question for those that used Wally world...no SS# was asked for right? And they were willing to give cashier's check or money order right?
