Ok cool. The newsletter leans toward what you say, but when I went to sign up at your site I read through what I assume is the standard rakeback, up to 30% deal, which is perhaps not straight 30%. I wouldn't want to get involved if I needed to reach palladium level to get 30% rb.

Maybe just send out an email with all your April promotions (betsafe gadget chase renewed? same prizes?) and include a line on this tidbit.

What is terribly misleading about this is why even associate the "top VIP " part with anything ?

If we get 30% cash back (on any amount ??? ) of our rake .... What does this have to do with being an instant top VIP ??

The top VIP bonus is 30%
A 100000 point palladium bonus that requires 90000 points to clear lol
That is why we assume this is what the "TOP VIP 30% cash back" refers to.

A fix would be to state the promo as this :

15% cash back as per RTR payout structure
30% cash back, on any amount of rake, for any tracked RTR account that OPTS IN to the promotion, which is paid by Party at the beginning of May
25% new signup bonus (state what the minimum and maximum attainable bonus is)
Equals up to 70% cash back for April

There is no rakeback at Poker Stars; there never has been. Of course it's possible that an affiliate might be able to give you other benefits on top of Stars' VIP program; I'll leave them to answer that part.

Well i just logged into my party account to find its been blocked because bwin were pestering me about some silly 5 cent charge so i told them to close my bwin account as i only played there to clear one bonus.
Then for some reason they decided to block my party account as well without even informing me.

I am guessing a wpt account will be out of the question?

I was referring to the personal rake chase where 725 BWIN points = 1000 party points = 500 USD rake. It is a great promo, got me back playing again and I have already told a few mates at work.

I have replied by email but will post here to summarise for others that your post/claims and comments are without basis. I have kept the details vague on stats etc to protect your identity though i am not sure why we should extend you that courtesy at all given the way you have approached this. But I think it's important for us to state the facts so that we can make the situation plain to see for others. It always pains us and other affiliates and mods when people like yourself try and solve your issues in this sort of fashion.

You sent us an email last night at 6.22pm (after CS had gone home) saying

Well that is the first email we have from you that we can find on our system.
We will double check the logs for the contact form though.

You signed up in July 2012 for WH and therefore are on their VIP programme and not a rackeback deal. So there would be no rakeback payments.

In the last 24 months you have raked at WH only 6 times - twice under $10, and 3 times under $30 so I suspect that you wont have earned enough for any sort of VIP reward from WH other than a freeroll entry here and there.

The only other time you raked was in March last month and you qualified for a leader board prize (for the only time in the 2 years). If you actually read the promotion T&Cs you would see that the race payments are made on or before the 15th of the following month (occasionally later if the room delays).

In this case the payment would be by the 15th of April. Israel have Passover approaching so we are endeavouring to make sure that WH and other rooms get these paid before the holidays start.

So that's 18 months when you raked nothing there so why you would claim to have been emailing for 2 years about not getting rakeback doesn't make sense. If you hadn't heard from us you surely would have PMd us here or posted here within weeks of not getting anything 2 years ago?

Anyway those are the facts.

They never cared to respond.

First of all i asked if the process had been successfull.
If you had responded 2012 there would be no issue.

Eventually i got tired of them not responding.
They show zero professionalism or respect but demand the
same from customers or else they get mad.
