I just got an email saying I have unclaimed funds. I looked at the withdrawal methods but I'm not really seeing any options for US players. RPM and Carbon currently aren't accepting US players, and moneybookers/neteller won't accept US addresses. I have under $100 and cake requires $500 minimum...

Am I screwed or am I missing something here? I'm not interested in an Ipad or Playstation instead.
