My vip level has been upgraded to quartz on coral
Problem is i don't see a quartz on their website ???! its not even part of the vip ladder :s

As i was 99,99% sure the ipad didn't arrive after 60 days and i'm 99,99% sure it's not even send from Ladbrokes, because they said it will be done after the end of the promo and not like mentioned on the RTR site 60 days MAX after we claim it.
