BOOOOO 4 Support@888.
Since I haven't heard from you since, I'll assume someone got in touch with you. Good luck in the event.

I rly love this site, but i get disconnected sometimes, at random and it lasts till all hands end on each table. I emailed support about it, and they refunded me the money for first time(which is nice of them), but they don't seem to know what the problem is...
When it happens, i allways try loading some webpages, and all load pretty quickly. Could it be possible that it's a problem with my internet, if i can load webpages ok?
Mystery D/C's are not unheard of. I myself rarely suffer any, but if I do, it's usually on 888's end. Fire support an email in these instances, be prepared to receive a "it's not me it's you" response. Persistence pays.

He won, no big deal, all I am wondering is what the hell is going on here? Is this bloody software of Pacific's actually reliable?
(I tried to convert the hand history, but Pacific just replays the hands, I dont know where to get all the text hand histories)
This used to happen occasionally a long while back, haven't heard/seen it in awhile. I'll certainly pass it along. I would chalk it up to fluke hiccup though. I've NEVER seen it happen in a tourney FWIW.
If you go into your settings in the lobby, you can check "Save hand histories..." and create a pathway on your computer to save text histories directly to your system.

I believe 888 uses the 50% rule.
So the betting remains open if the raise is >50% of the previous raise.
In your example the raise was $6 to $27 (so a raise of $21). So for the betting to remain open, the next raise would have to be greater than $10.50. The raise is $14.50 so the betting remains open.
Hope this solves your question.
