There is a reload every month

dunno the code but google it, should be out there (just change the number for every month thats all)

Software problem:

Why cant the software remember my table size? It always opens every table in the standard size...

I'm having connectivity issues here as well. If anyone can't get back into their games, make sure you fire an email to support with the Tournament ID# afterwards.

re: the reload bonus. I can't advertise here, but the advice given above is correct. The code is the same, just change the date.

There currently is no mac download version. I'm told there is one in the works, as well as an ipad app, but I don't have a timeline.

The no-download player on the site is the best option for Mac users. I'm assuming mac users who are running Windows OS wouldn't have a problem downloading the software. But tbh I'm not fully caught up in my mac functionality.

I am considering moving to 888 probably to play 0.5/1 - 2/4 though traffic does look poor? Are games soft enough to justify the move?

Depends who you ask I guess. Although I wouldn't say that the .50/1 traffic is "poor." There are usually a number of tables going at any given time.

there are other issues - one of your designers has to do some usability testing! they are small issues that make 888 look unprofessional.

Deposited 20 dollars on 888 to try out the site, worked it up to 60+ and have cashed out (well, its been sent for approval) Any idea on how long this will take and do you think i'll need to send ID etc? ive heard some bad things about the 888 cash-out system...

I usually cash out Friday, the approval/waiting period takes place over the weekend, and I get my money by the next Friday. Wire Transfer.
