Well today I got the following email...I am so confused of what the heck is going on...returning my deposit and who knows what's going to happen to the money I won in the account. :/

So it took them two weeks to send that out??? That's pretty weak. I'd call and ***** about that one.

Update: I just cancelled this one to up the amount. So new requested date 11/3.

Yep! Is CSKimbr still on this site? Would appreciate any help I could get, as now my account is blocked for apparently "we can block ur account at anytime for any reason of our choosing" this is getting beyond annoying and now very concerning.

Still waiting on my account to be verified, we are now moving onto week 3. Timeline goes as follows(I don't remember exact dates)

1)Account is lock as customer service asks for verification docs. I then send in docs requested.

2) 4-5 days later account is re-opened, but I notice under the cashier label that documents are still being requested. Which seems strange as why would they re-open the account If my docs aren't verified yet...I simply submit them again as a courtesy.

3) After 24 hours of no replies and the docs still pending I email them every morning asking what the hold up is and if they could give me a time line of when they think everything will be processed. I am simply ignored day after day.

4) After about a week of this, I am sent the email I posted above in another post in which to paraphrase "you read our terms and conditions and we can lock an account at any time for any reason and we are going to temporary suspended your account"

5) Not sure what to do in this moment as they have had my documents going on 3 weeks now, how long could verification possibly take? Plus why would they lock, unlock and then once again lock my account?

After being told my banking details are wrong and my cash out not going through I eventually had the money refunded after waiting a few days for response. Once I had the money back I requested another cash out without changing my banking information for a smaller amount and received it in my bank a few days later.

I'm in the process of being stalled.

Ignored on my initial email asking where to put banking info

Sent bank info and print out

Its a joint account so a few days later they ask me to send the ID of the other person

Two days later they email saying to resend the other persons eamil. It is very clearly readable.

Its been a good 13 days now since my first email.
