1. valid ID - i am ok with it
2. copy of bank statement - is this safe to provide to them?

they just want to see your name and address. you can redact any account numbers etc if it makes you feel better.

3 days with no response from support and still missing $6100 from my account after not having the money returned to my account after a failed redemption ....not sure if I should open a new ticket or what

Was wondering if I could get some help....I have been waiting for my account to be verified for going on 2 weeks now(will be 2 week this sunday). I have been told that my account was sent to the relevant department to continue the verification process but that was over a week ago and Global hasn't replied to an email of mine since...
