Right. I imagine there are a lot of players that are having trouble getting their money. I bet about only 10% of Global players know about this forum if that. So the 5 or so ppl on here that have had decent cashout timeframes mean absolutely nothing. The whole cashout process is a joke. Should just start sending checks at this point.

Actually, it's extremely relevant for everyone to provide as much info as possible about their successful or unsuccessful cashouts.
Your point is really not valid because on average there will always be more complaints than people chiming in w/positive experiences.

Well I've tried to withdraw twice now and both withdrawals have gone from approved to pay failed. I've received no information why these failed but more annoyingly they kept the funds I tried to withdraw! Tickets are in ..

I agree that in a normal thread like this it's relevant info for someone who wants to know, will my cashout take 3 days, or will it take 7? And maybe the 7-day people are complaining, and the 3-day people are happy. Or someone is having some one-off issue and it gets resolved and they post an update saying, hey my issue was resolved, here is what happened.

My point was that this is not what is going on. Some people aren't getting their cashouts AT ALL for weeks and weeks now. And Global is making no apparent effort to reach out to them or fix the situation. Emails to support go unanswered. It's just my opinion, but I think that is something EVERYONE who plays on the site should be very unhappy about, even if you personally don't experience it.

does the fact that I'm posting about my positive experience mean that I'm satisfied with other people having negative experiences (or with the risk that I could have a negative experience?)

My first withdrawal attempt took 3 weeks to get paid but I gave a Bank of America wire routing number not the ACH (paper and wireless) routing number. Once I supplied that I received my 2nd withdrawal in 3 days.

I'm hoping this might help someone. Please double check that you gave the correct ACH routing number or there will likely be problems with your withdrawal.

If your ACH routing number is wrong, there won't likely be issues with your withdrawal, there will for sure be issues with your withdrawal.

Also, thank you for posting this because I think we sometimes get a little bent out of shape that someone else must have screwed something up, and then we look at our own paperwork and realize the error might be ours. So I appreciate it when someone can say, "I know I made the mistake, check make sure you haven't as well" Good on you.

Also, I still miss paypal.

I have this same problem at the moment, I gave the new number, but I haven't issued a new cashout yet, as I don't know where the money from my old one is. They said they have given the matter to the Finance team as of now. Any help global poker admins?

My whole issue with this is that the information being requested is very general, like no one ever mentioned anything about ACH transfers, I had to go on this forum and read through pages and pages just to find that and now I have to go back and update the info I sent again. This is ridiculous and unprofessional to the extreme. The MOST tilting thing is that it takes FOREVER to get a reply after you contact support or an admin.. Even though the action is good, I think I rather save my tilt and go elsewhere after I HOPEFULLY get my money. It took me less than 10 seconds to make my first PayPal deposit on this site and so far I have been trying to withdraw for almost 3 weeks.

I do think I will be paid eventually. The real issue here is the disconnect between knowing what is needed from the players to make the proper withdrawal the first time. There is a HUGE lack of communication and it seems like no one knows wtf is going on.. ON TOP OF THAT the turnover for support to get back to you and for **** to actually get done is at minimum 2-4 business days. Completely unacceptable for the amount we pay for this "service".

Please confirm with your bank that the routing number you provided us is for ACH and not the one for wire transfer. Once you get the correct one, please reply to us via the same Zendesk ticket so we can update your account. Thanks.

Hi guys this is pokerguy79. I’ve already been verified before and was able to cashout but never had than they got rid of PayPal and now I had to get verified again? I MEAN WTF!!!!! I told them that I no longer live at my address that I had on file and they were sent a bank statement with my new address on it where I opened my bank account at where I currently get my mail. It’s not like they’re sending me a check their doing a direct deposit all the stuff is filled out,all the information was sent to them the address matches my bank statement and I verified my address and now they won’t respond to any of my emails. I’ve sent at least five at this point. I don’t think they’re gonna try to pay me And if they don’t pay me in the next couple days I’m no longer going to play there anymore. There real quick to let you make a deposit but if this site really cared theyd make you confirm your identity before you ever made a deposit so therefore there would be no issues cashing out I will keep everybody here updated on if I receive my $600 cash out. And again what would be the odds of someone knowing my bank account information both checking and routing numbers and on top of that my username and password, knowing my email with my username and password knowing what poker site I play on with my username and password and knowing how much to cash out and where to send it, all seems a little bit absurd to me. There’s no excuse for somebody who’s already been verified wants you to be verified again and then they tell you to verify your address and you do and they no longer respond to you at all.

think there might be something wrong with my wire transfer , either switcode or ABA/rounting number, since I am using the domestic and US dollars,
there do have an option for foreign currency to my account, but needs another number. and wire ABA not electronic check transfer. so please confirm.
