How are ppl recieving cashouts that cashed out 3 days ago and I still havent got mine from 6/11 is my main question?

Right. If cashouts are only being processed in a timely way for some players and not others, then it's kind of irrelevant to keep chiming in and saying you are happy to be one of the lucky ones. You could just as easily not be, and your good luck is not evidence that the site is generally reliable or handling these issues in a responsible way.

I have been waiting since June 29, I've submitted my documents (twice), been approved, and still nothing. Now I can't even get an email response from support or any response to my PM's on here. It's totally unacceptable.

I know it has to be frustrating waiting so long, and I have no idea why some payouts are going faster than others. Definitely not trying to rub anyone's nose in it or brag about being fortunate. I just
want to report my experience so those reading the thread can see the variety of payout times and come to conclusions for themselves. I feel you though, and definitely not trying to flame.

I have had multiple poor experiences thus far trying to withdraw from global. First, they told me that I needed to wager X amount of dollars in order to cashout and meet their playthrough requirement. I did that, and resubmitted my cashout.

Then, they said that i had not met the playthrough requirement, and needed to wager even more (even though I had wagered considerably more than what they told me the first time).

This went on for 2-3 different times, with their staff members each time telling me I hadn't met the previous playthrough requirement, even though I confirmed in advance what that amount was.

Finally (and finally is an understatement), I was told that I had met the requirement and that I could resubmit my withdraw (for about the 5th or 6th time).

I did, and since that time I just keep getting the same email (usually from Sage) about how i have met my playthrough requirement and can resubmit my withdraw request (even though I did that several days ago, and keep getting the same email telling me to do so).

Got approved for cash out on July 4th. Still have not received my cash out after they have told me to email them back after 5 business days if I have not received it. Well, I've done this and have had no response back yet. Very frustrating to say the least

today is July 12th, still no money

I cant imagine its that hard to resend the money to the proper account in a timely fashion. Why do we have to wait 3-4 weeks ?

The people who have been waiting a long time should be a priority.

I see a lot of mixed results here.. I requested my first cash out June 23 and still haven't been paid. The only update was that the first payment got reversed and they needed more info. I provided that info about 7 days ago and once again all they said was the info was forwarded and no updates since.. Just sitting here twiddling my thumbs..

My whole issue with this is that the information being requested is very general, like no one ever mentioned anything about ACH transfers, I had to go on this forum and read through pages and pages just to find that and now I have to go back and update the info I sent again. (I have a Canadian Bank)

This is ridiculous and unprofessional to the extreme. The MOST tilting thing is that it takes FOREVER to get a reply after you contact support or an admin.. Like if there is a chance there is another mistake / miscommunication then the whole process gets dragged on for a minimum 2-3.. OR 7 days. I updated my ticket on zendesk and still no reply two days later..

Even though the action is good, I think I rather save my tilt and go elsewhere after I HOPEFULLY get my money. It took me less than 10 seconds to make my first PayPal deposit on this site and so far I have been trying to withdraw for almost 3 weeks.

I do think I will be paid eventually. The real issue here is the disconnect between knowing what is needed from the players to make the proper withdrawal the first time. There is a HUGE lack of communication and it seems like no one knows wtf is going on.. ON TOP OF THAT the turnover for support to get back to you and for **** to actually get done is at minimum 2-4 business days. Completely unacceptable for the amount we pay for this "service".

My bank lists a SWIFT code for Canadian funds and one for receiving US dollars (I am Canadian) If anyone knows which one to use that would be helpful.

I've asked twice in this thread for a Canadian who has successfully received a worldpay cashout to their bank to chime on but nothing yet. I have asked Joey, Kimber, and emailed support for more information on the topic and recieved nothing.

Personally when I first sent in my docs I gave a Canadian routing # (3 digits) but I think we need to provide them with a 9 digit ABA routing number as the funds come from US via ACH.

Some confirmation on this from anyone (Joey, Kimber, Bueller... Bueller... Bueller...) within the next few days would be cool. It looks like once worldpay cashouts arrive it's smooth sailing from that point forward, so fingers crossed.

There were a few small teething problems with Canadian cash outs due to a different structure in banking details. My understanding is that this has now been resolved and that these are being processed.

I will double check this for you though

Send them all the information and make sure the ABA is the ACH address not standard wire. Many banks have multiple ABA# and for different purposes. Double check with your bank to insure you have the correct one.

WP is a huge and reputable company. The issue is the bull**** lies in the email claiming the excitement that everyone was asking for a cashier CHANGE, not additional option like it was claimed, from overnight to several days. Add in the total lack of professionalism and it's a real **** job. The reps here are not at fault, it's a brainfart from mgmt. They didn't even have the wherewithal to notify all the people that 'wanted this change' to double check their correct banking info for ACH transfers.
