Requested 6/11. Status "paid" for 10 days. Still nothing. Almost a full week since they responded to my last email. Pretty awesome having a $2k+ payout wandering around cyberspace.

Its been like 7 or 8 days so I emailed support and they said:

"Thank you for your email.

Further to your query, we strongly advised you to contact your bank regarding your cash out.

How do I even go about contacting my bank? Will wells fargo pitch a fit about poker site deposits? Do I say the deposit is from global poker? What is the deposit service called that global is using now?

I played on Global for about a year (along side Ignition). I got tired of the site and made a final withdrawal about 2 months ago.

I come back and see they no longer offer Paypal. Fine, whatever, I deposit money and play a little bit...But, then I'm reminded how crap their site is and decide to withdraw.

I initiate the withdrawal like I have 30+ times w/o any problem. I get an email this morning telling me that this is my first time withdrawing and I need to verify my identity with ID, etc. HUH?!

When I first started playing in March 2017, I verified my identity TWICE. Since then I've made over 30 withdrawals. Sure, I haven't played in roughly 2 months, but why are they saying this is my first time withdrawing and they need my ID, etc., again?

If they need information as to where to transfer funds, why don't they just prompt you for that information when you withdraw (P.S. they're not asking for this information in the email, just ID and address verification)?

How are these guys so inept at the simplest ******* things...

5 days obviously is longer than it was with PayPal, but overall I am encouraged to see that cashouts are happening. Hopefully the speed up a bit, that would be fantastic.

I contacted my bank and they said there was no deposit from worldpay

Going to try my first world pay withdraw. Seems like it is 10000x worse than PayPal was. We’ll see what happens. Hopefully the global poker support person looks at the issues being had with the slow withdrawals and it gets fixed soon.

Update - it seems i am not the only person working st 7am on a Sunday!

That is fine we can accept your statement if the bank only shows the last 5 numbers.

Can you please look into my tickets. My first bank details ticket said it was solved after two weeks when it very clearly was not. Support put a solved label but never verified my account. I made a new ticket and they asked for my bank details again which I provided after they left me waiting two weeks on my first ticket which was never resolved.

I've emailed support but nobody will help get this solved for me. This forum is my last resort because I have no idea what to do at this point.

Joey please help me I have sent in my statements on screenshots, formats, full pics, each time having all required items showing. I identified myself and have cashed out over 10 times and have played 250k hands atleast, wtf man

my name is ship it son and i cant cash out it says there is an issue and to contact support, i contacted support and they said they detected duplicate accounts but i only have 1 account, they told me i could cashout now but it still wont let me, please advise what to do to proceed with cashout, ty

It's been a week and I still can't get my ID verification to be approved. (I know after that I have to wait for a few more days to be approved my withdrawal, and wait for more DAYS to see the money in my bank)

I commented on this thread twice and still didn't get any advice or help from mod. Don't know what I did to deserve their ignorance like this. I just played and won and wanted to cash out for the first time.

Not a problem, I know you're inundated. Would you mind sending me a PM as well when you find out as I most likely will miss it in here and I'm waiting to find this out prior to opening a new account. Nothing against GP, but I can't risk sending in my current bank info over the net which is also tied to our business acc.

In case anyone is curious here's how my world pay nonsense has gone so far.


initial cashout req on 6/18/18
after a bunch of back and forth emails I finally got my money on 6/27/18

2nd req made 6/29/18
no approval still, just waiting.

Looks like we are going to be looking at week long WD requests which sucks, but is still withing the lines of reasonable. Ignition is much faster, but their player base is much smaller, so for now I'll stay at global.

Going forward though I expect their numbers to tank pretty hard unless they add crypto deposit/cashout options, as those will be very very fast.

Please global add bitcoin/litecoin/ethereum.

please, I don't wanna go back to ignition as their sit and go tables take FOREVER to fill up.

Anyone else know of a US friendly site that has $5 sngs that fill up pretty quick? Ignition takes like 30 minutes which is just a bit too long for me personally.

erm, it's been 4 days and my cash out hasn't even got approved. I believe everyone will still be paid out but good god this has slowed down an insane amount. I believe the day of 24 hour withdrawals are over. It's just weird it transitioned into 2 week withdrawals so soon. Didn't think the changes would be so polarizing lol.
