Attempting to get my account verified:

enderffx - have sent in all of my information. Global poker was good about communication and then it just stopped for the last 48 hours. A quick little email/msg like "we're still processing we should be complete in X days" would be greatly appreciated.

processed 10-3 ,,, how long should it be once u get this email .. Whats been average Seen people saying requested ...but once hits processed status wondered how long usually take lately ...

Not that I have noticed. Have been people here I think do 5 digit (maybe??) or double digit redemptions and seems to be no bias.

You will likely be approved in 1-3 days and then another 1-3 days after that it will hit your bank.

Put my request for cash out in on Sept 27 ,I still have not got my money ,this is taking
To long imo ...really wish knew why it takes so long to be paid ... was approved on
Oct 3 and now its showing processing wonder when the money will hit my bank account ???

They now saying 10 business days ... sent me one saying 5 ,now it is 10 Days ..so will end up being a month to get a cash out finished awful...

I opened up a new bank account to keep my money separate ... Had to wait a week to get it all changed and verified ... Told them to close my wells fargo bank account and these people sent my money to the wrong account . I am so upset cause this money was suppose to be seperated I spent my day off doing this setting up bank act getting verified and they send it to wrong account now will take 24 hours to hear back what a joke this place is

Requested 9/28. Approved 10/2. Still waiting for funds. this is probably my 10th cash out and I think maybe 3-4 of them went thru everything in 10 days. Usually complete process takes me about 12-13 days but first couple went faster possibly 8 days If I recall.

Meanwhile I requested 28 approved 2nd and no funds yet.

This is annoying glad I don’t play for a living.

I wonder if being in N.Y. takes longer than other states or something this is around my 10th cash out never had it take so long.

they replied to my email, apologized and approved the cashout within 12 hours, 10/15. not received yet 10/16.
