OP I hope you follow A dewd's suggestion and find your money but I have a harder time being sympathetic with this BS title that you 100% know is a lie, considering there's a long cash out thread filled with successful cash outs, including recently.

Anyone use BOA and has received ACH payout from WORLDPAY?
It's been 11 days since the redemption is approved by GP and still no credit.

Confirmed with GP that my bank details are correct and only thing i could think that it may cause delay is that GP has my old home address and my bank has new address.
Would this cause any issue for ACH?

If the address is different on the ACH from the account screen, it could bounce it. If you can get a transfer number from GP and it isnt showing in your acct, that is what happened. Have to trace it going backwards.

I just want this to be done with once and for all is it too much to ask to receive my cashout within TWO MONTHS of initiating it with a site? Please if anyone knows what I should do or has any suggestions I would so greatly appreciate it as I am deeeep in the hopelessness at this point.

If GP is going to show up once every two weeks, it would be beneficial for those not getting paid to understand how the process works and how they can go about tracking their money down.

Two months and not paid, means he has less than 30 days to resolve it or that money is gone forever.

Be good if the CS people at GP actually knew how the ACH process worked so they could be helpful, on a timely basis.

Added my bank account today for withdrawals, they emailed and said they don't accept prepaid accounts (netspend, etc). I thought I read on here that people have successfully used netspend for cashouts?

I am experiencing the exact same garbage. Was told me account is being verified by the "relevant department" and this has been going on for months. They stop answering emails about a month ago and all my funds are locked in the account. This place is horrible.

If your options are limited, you might try opening a Chime bank account (or something similar) to cash out to.

Chime works. It's an online bank. Doesn't charge fees. No international transaction fees, either, which is nice if you're depositing to Global. This is all i know, basically.

I have recently lost (and had to get a new) ATM / Debit Bank card. I could not remember if I had to give my card number to have deposits go direct to bank. If I did I should let Global know that I have a new card. I thought that I just gave them my Bank
Routing number and Bank Account number so this should not matter.

Can anyone confirm that they just ask for your Bank Account number and Routing number when setting up Direct to Bank Withdrawals?

Debit card number has nothing to do with am ACH or wire transfer. That is purely your bank's ACH routing number and your direct account number.

~4.8k cashout requested Sunday night. Approved about 4 hours later.

The two cashouts before were both approved and in my bank account about 3-4 days after requesting them.
