1 day up to weeks. It really depends on how complete and accurate your docs are. There may be an intrinsic delay now due to everything going to skeleton staff or remote work.

If someone can please help-

I’m trying to make a large redemption and it’s saying I have a $2750 purchase balance to net zero? What does this mean and is it blocking me from making the redemption? Are there any solutions to this

They gave me grief when I asked about it and wanted a compelling reason why I’d be changing my bank account. I didn’t feel like going through the hassle so ultimately ended up just keeping it as is.

I'm having verification held up because my second deposit had my roommates name attached to it (autofill mistake i didn't catch). Now I'm told name on account doesn't match the documents...but I set the account up under the name on the docs when I registered and made my first deposit. Not sure how that wasn't an issue when I made the second deposit under the wrong name. Cool.

Having problems with my account getting verified. Using my drivers license and following all procedures but when I take a selfie the message”photo not recognized” appears. Have tried numerous times but always get the same messag; so I’m unable to get verified and have a deposit of 300$ in my account. Numerous attempts to contact technical services have resulted in circular responses.
What to do?/

Exactly. They say prizeout is the fastest option, yet it doesn't seem to be faster at all, but I only used it once. So I'm wondering what other peoples' experiences have been with it?

Sorry if this has been asked before, but this thread has over 5000 posts.

Thanks to current events, I finally decided that I will occasionally cash out.
To add a bank account, do I need to get an actual paper statement from my bank, or can I use a screenshot?
Also, I’m not familiar with the swift or bic code. What is that and how do I find out what my banks is? Call and ask?
Also, are there problems with boa, should I use a different bank?

I believe they send to World Pay, a US bank, so that is not needed. If you bank outside of a US bank, then it would apply. I do not believe they send direct. If al, then your Swift/BIC is needed.

Just add it anyway, plus you can get a statement online of your account to submit.
