If, for instance, Worldpay was not accepting deposits from MD and/or NY, that would be very troubling.
Yeah I can't deposit from NY.

I received an email yesterday with a bonus offer as well. Tried to make test deposit; didn't work.

They emailed me today saying the deposit problem has been fully fixed and to try now. I did and of course it still didn’t work. Seems like the end for global.

Call your bank or credit card company and have them allow international transactions, I'm guessing 95%+ of the issues are related to this.

I think Debit cards from banks are the hardest to get working, from personal experience.

never have had a issue depositing on GP with C1 and it still works hassle free

no fees

most Ive ever had to do is confirm they weren't repeat charges when i do same $ amount in short time which takes 10 secs to text "confirm"

Lets get some feedback in this thread of successful deposits. If you have deposited successfully in the past week, tell us the type of card used, the amount, and if there was any holds or verification needed with your card issuer.

If we find a card and method that works reliably we can at least help the forum members who are willing to take those steps.
I successfully made two test deposits of 50$ each about 3 days ago. For Global I use a Chase "Liquid" account, which is basically a savings account with a debit card. No hold or anything, although when I for real deposited 3k a couple weeks ago my bank did initially decline it.

I strongly hope that this info helps people deposit

@Kimber @Joey

When are we going to see a response to these problems? Or is Global Poker going to just quietly delay problems and not address them?

As did I. Got my hopes up for nothing.

I have a checking account at Chase, but have tried 5 different cards with no luck. Even if I knew for sure that account would work for me, I doubt it'd be worth me opening an account just for this purpose when the problem, I suppose, will be fixed soon anyways.

I've done this in the past. No reason they would randomly stop international transactions on all my cards at the same exact time.

Also in NY. Doubt it's anything more than coincidence but who knows.

This is not the issue at all. The payments are not even being attempted at the terminal.

+1

Also, not sure why no reps are helping or posting here. And the only info I got from submitting a ticket was inaccurate.

That is a poor guess.

I got the same email saying they fixed it. They didnt.

NY here as well and no problem purchasing a Gold Coin package . Buffalo actually. Lets meet up for drinks.

Okay I will say this... I do think that it is getting held up on GP's end, not World Pay, not the banks/credit institution.

I've been unable to access for over a week now.... So I decided to head over to ChumbaCasino (also VGW and WorldPay).... at the beginning of the week, I got refused. Tried it again two days ago and it worked. Still no luck with Global. I've called my bank and CC, there are no attempted purchases coming through. I've contacted Global multiple times, but they have responded twice saying the problem is fixed.... and have not replied to my emails beyond. I hope this info is useful. Also, I've tried on different devices and IP's. I will say this, the thing I noticed that was different from when I was refused at Chumba until my payment went through is they added a little box that said "this website uses cookies, do you accept?" I don't know if that is the issue either. Just putting this out there. A bit frustrated by this.

It is definitely not bank related on my end.

Have been "REFUSED" with 6 different debit and credit cards. Called bank and they have no record of the transaction nor did they block it.

Some of these cards had worked fine with no problems before. What's going on here? I sent an email to support and they obviously didn't read my email because they sent a dumb cookie cutter response

Anyone have first hand info re: if withdrawals have been normal/standard timeframe lately?

Same. Pretty unbelievable. Not sure why we are being ignored on these threads too...

I've had same problem for past 3 days . I've tried 3 different valid cards and all are being " refused" extremely frustrating tried to contact global but haven't gotten a response.

Call the office if email support is doing nothing. I'd never have the patience some of you have. They should compensate those that have been waiting for a decade and just getting lip service. Pretty unprofessional and sleazy way to handle a customer, total disrespect to those that have their money on the site.

They are in Australia, so check the time when you call. If you're in North America, you're looking at calling from 8:30 pm, or so, on through the night. That is EDT.
