It's probably more helpful to have a list of confirmed banks/cards that do or do not work with the World Pay system vs repetition of the reminder that it's a purchase not deposit. That is included in the TOS/T&C. Not being snide, but the players are not concerned over the legal terminology, they just want questions answered.

It really would be a good idea to have a sticky thread listing confirmed good and bad banks for transactions.

Whenever I go to purchase Gold Coins, no matter the card, I get error saying "Purchase Failed, contact support". Sent in a support ticket; wondering what is going on.

They got back to me 40minutes after I contacted support and said there's nothing on my account that should have been preventing it. Working fine now. All resolved....but I had to cancel my cashout request.

I don't know why I can't buy GC with a cashout pending...never had issue doing it before.

I use a visa debit car from a credit union and bought coins for second or third time in a while no problems yet.

I also am having the same issue. Clearly the issue is on Global's side as I am not given the opportunity to type in the security code on the card before submitting the payment. Instead the pop up window comes up with the rejection message and saying to contact Global Support.

Just got an email from Global about the Skrill stuff. Included is an offer for 1,000,000 Gold Coins and $10 in Sweeps Cash for $1. So $9 in profit.

Same thing is happening to me. Really want to play, about to send in a ticket now. The card that is being refused has worked every single time up to this point - this is serious and should be checked into immediately because traffic on the site has significantly dropped (this could be the reason as to why).

Hello,

Every time I try to deposit I am getting the following message. I have tried different devices on different internet connections, different browsers etc etc etc, and I keep getting this message. It's been about two weeks now.



I have logged a ticket with support. I see a few other people have the same issue but thought I'd make a separate thread. Is there a way to fix or is it a bug with Global?

Please note this is BEFORE I put any card info in (I can't even get to that stage), so it's NOT a bank issue.

Your bank flagged it as potential fraud. Contact your bank. I had the same
issue.

It is nothing to do with the bank, this issue occurs BEFORE I get to put in any card details. I go to cashier, I click the Gold Coin Package I want to buy, I click on "Add Card Details" and then this message pops up BEFORE I put in any card details.

Please note I have deposited before successfully. Many times.

I would be grateful if people could try and see if they can get to the part where they input their card details and report back if it's working, or if they get a similar error.
