dudes pretty big in twitch community, efamous from WoW, and he has a lot of fanboys, and has decided to play 25/50 plo in an attempt to be a poker streamer or w/e, ppl thinking anything other than supporting this completely baffles me

IMHO the female player is judged less sympathetically by tons of players because she's female so there is sexism against her (there is also the next step which is to form an opinion on whether the male treatment or the female treatment is the correct model for both genders and argue for it consistently).

In the case of Cate Hall, well if she were male she would simply be a complete unknown, so her continually being on podcasts and the attention given to her dispute with another random player are also examples of sexism / gender irrationality - in this case in her favour.
