Why was the third 4.40+R 4max killed? Never seen it overlay, was a very nice tournament. Bring it back please?

Obviously almost all the low-mid stakes players are going to say this. But on those days every tournament of like 55+ is getting smaller week by week, stars then lower guarantees because people arent playing on days when there are no incentive to play, bringing the guarantees down on days where people are playing aswell. Its just going to get worse and worse, especially with the wsop coming up. Theres no reason there shouldnt be an mtt with 30+ for first on stars everyday.

There also needs to be lots of free money thrown at recreational players because of the servers messing up 3 days straight. A lot of players arent even going to consider opening the client now for a long time unless you give them a reason to.

I can understand that a Mini super Tuesday may not work as good as it would be similar to Big 109.
i like this idea, would be nice if you put one like these monday or friday?

greg understands. You could add a second Wed $320 8 hours earlier and neither tournament would take a hit. People who are playing a Deep event at 2100 ET are not the players who are going to be playing at 1200 ET every day. Deleting the Wed $320 and putting something much earlier only has the effect of ****ing over the players who currently do play the 2100ET version.

What you guys actually want, and I feel like I've said this alot this year, is more excitement on days where your person grind has little.
the 320 used to replace the b162 pre BF i think. it just makes more sense because more people play the b162 compared to the nightly.

theres a reason why pretty much every weekly special high stakes mtt runs during peak time after all, but i can see the reverse argument as well i guess, the fact that we already have so many special mtts during peak etc.

im not necessarily in favor of getting rid of the 320 nightly anyways, just replied to a comment made earlier regarding this tournament. i do think however that wednesdays (and fridays) need some love.

No, the Wed 320 replaced the Nightly 162 just as it does right now. There were no Bigs pre-BF. The Big 162 replaced the early stuper 162. The Big 55 replaced the Daily 55, the Big 22 replaced an existing 22. I am pretty sure the Big 11 replaced a 11fo. No idea about the Big 109. Basically the Bigs are where/when they are because Stars just slapped a name on what already existed. #starshistory

Yes, there is room for more special tournaments, but the point is what happens in the middle of the day doesn't really change what could happen at night. The Pacific Rim is a soft tournament but that doesn't stop all the other $215s from getting great fields. The Wed $320 can co-exist with new HS fields spread at other times in the day.

this mon wed fris are absolte terrible even have 3 nice juicy rebuys with a 20k guarantee 33-55 range i bet they would break 10k+ ftw along with or otherwise a "mon/fri" special 109 50k inbetween big 55 and big 162 time with heaps of sattys running to it!

revive the rebuys stars, if you build it they will come

The 55 2.5k (8:30 ET) and the 33 3.5k (9:15 ET) have incorrect gtds set. They are simply too low. The 55's gtd almost always hits the 4-5k range, while the 33's gtd is almost always over 5k. Ideally it would be nice to see a 5k Gtd placed on both of these tourneys, especially the 33. The 55 could maybe be bumped to 4k to eventually push it up to meet the 5k mark. There are still alot of fans of (smaller sized) regular FOs and it would be really disappointing if they die out. It is a repeated trend lately where we slowly see each regular FO lower its guarantee and then they simply become unattractive to recreational players.

+1 I play these a bunch on a daily schedule and they are always significantly over

The 5r and 109fo which run 10am gmt time have been reduced to 5k. 6 months ago these were 10k gtd and hit pretty much most days

You lowered the gtd to 7.5k gtd and killed them. Having a mtt over 10k gtd is huge for a ton of players as they want a chance for p5 triple crown for example.

Regs dropped off and then you made them 5k gtd (the 5r hits 7-10k most days anyway) and now recs don't want to reg them.

Vicious cycle you are creating here.

Also another thing why is the sunday kick off only a 100k gtd it hits 150k every week and most weeks is in the 175k region

So many examples of snap reduce a gtd but takes 6 months for a increase to happen

i 100% agree that it can support another large tournament earlier in the day, and if thats an option then i think everyone would prefer that. I feel like the best day to add another tournament to would be friday night, as more recs are generally online on that day. A 530 6max starting 7pm GMT would be great, dont even need a huge guarantee on it to start, just throw 100k on it and i think it will get big pretty quickly.

Bryan, any chance you can become a little bit more active in this thread? to come here once a week isnt enough, too many great ideas.

Anyone noticed 5$ 6max hyper at 17 ET has become 2$? I don't mind having a smaller hyper level, but I rather keep this exact 5$ tournament in the sched.

I said it b4, this tournament run very well always, dont know why they change buyin.
04-15-2015 , 05:22 PM
$33 satty to the 320 with 50 seats would be pretty sweet right about now
04-15-2015 , 07:18 PM
An $82 6-max hyper 30-60 minutes after the Hot 44 would do awesome
04-15-2015 , 07:42 PM
Not gonna happen with the 51h 15min after the hot 44, that one should be 6 max tho, nobody likes 9 max hyper mtts
04-15-2015 , 08:17 PM
45 min before the big 162 today there was not a single vanilla satty, how is that even possible
04-15-2015 , 08:21 PM
there are ppl out there that like FR HT, keep them running, the 27 HT FR and 51 HT FR that starts at 18:45 ET r rly nice ones, keep them as they are

Bryan could you please fix the structure for the $13.50 turbo KO at 20:30 EST? It plays even faster than the Speedway, and thats saying something.

I know this is not the right thread...but I want to know if happened with someone else, and what should I do to fix it. After a automatic update in my PS.com client, a file got corrupted (.ini as far as I remember), then I lost all my settings. Fine, was very boring to reset it all again, but I got it. Anyhow, my Pokertracker started to behave strangely in my PS.com, kinda messed up and names changed and no hero stats. I compared with my PS.fr account and had the same configuration, but still...not working. And it's becoming even worse now, like not updating stats or even showing them...someone can help me? (I'm sending email, I just want to fix this afap so I'm trying in all diferrent ways, cause today was very sad to reshove A7s 50 left in 8c and jump into the nuts vs. a guy I had no idea how was playing). Thanks in advance and sorry for posting this here.
