PKOs will continue to be ridiculously top heavy until Stars finds a way to chop bounties (or make the pay for 1st and 2nd the same in the lobby). 75% PKOs will be even more top heavy...

There is another test beginning in a few minutes. It will pay 1st and 2nd the same amount and 18 players overall.

The 75% Mega PKO is pretty cool. It would be a lot of fun to play.

75 % PSKO, Zoom PSKO, Zoom Multi-Entry were the best imo.
Id love to see something like FTPs Double Rush on Pokerstars, its structure is perfect.

Here are some other Ideas for Test Tournaments:

- HU MTT mixed with normal MTT = MTT which stars with 2 Rounds Turbo Heads Up and continues 9 Handed with 25 % of the Field left as PSKO MTT with Non-Turbo Structure. This would decrease hugh fields much faster, which fun players would love.

- PSKO Rebuy MTTs / I am pretty sure this would get a hugh hype.

- Giveaway MTTs = where 90 % of the Buy-In go towards to the Pricepool and 10 % are given away as Tournament Tickets to randomly selected Tables in different time periods like each half hour some Tables.

- Jackpot Stack MTTs = At the start of each MTT your Startingstack will be randomly choosen from like 1k up to 10k. This would give bad Players a good Chance to have a deeprun.

- Halfway PSKOs = All players get their own Bounty once 50 % of all players are busted.


Atm I like the Idea of a mixed MTT with 2 or more Rounds of Turbo HU and then continue with reg-Speed 9 Handed play at most, because I guess most people are like me who can`t play poker the whole day to win a big MTT Field.

If you're going to do 75% PKOs, why not go all the way with Bounty only tournaments?

You would 100% eliminate stalling during the tournament and when it's heads up, players are still playing with integrity due to the final bounty being sizable.

Rebuy PSKO would be nuts

That would be cashgame with low rake lol

It's very different from a cash game.

You wouldn't be able to leave anytime you want and also wouldn't have the ability to reload.

Also I m a big advocate for adding all remaining bounties in standard KOs to the top three payouts once the bubble breaks. By the time that happens the bounty is usually worth ~600 chips with and average stack of 22000 chips so basically nonexistent and in any mtt the remaining bounties represent a really big number of buyins if added to first place

I'm an advocate of just taking all of the very old 20% ko formats and making them 50%. The old KO format is very uninteresting compared to either the 50% SKO format or any of the progressive ones.

Luke, whilst you are making changes to satellites, please consider introducing a deeper satty to each of the daily bigs. Start it ~3 hours before with 10 minute levels, or even 8 minute levels would be alright as long as there aren't key blind levels missing (eg. don't go from 25/50 straight to 50/100 etc). If there is a problem with something like this running for too long, then decrease the starting chips rather than cutting out blind levels. I'm pretty sure people would be fine with a 50BB starting stack in exchange for longer level times.

Some excellent ideas here, putting some gamble and excitement in the game of poker!

I'd like a mixed-max mtt.

Start 9 handed, then go 6max, then 4 max, then hu.

6max start at like 72 left, 4 max at 28 left, hu at 8 left.

For hu battles based on chip stacks: 1st vs 8th, 2nd vs 7th, 3rd vs 6th, 4th vs 5th. Then 1 vs 4 and 2 vs 3.

Kinda like the reverse Mixmax that .fr had. Starts at 4max goes to 6 max then 9max and obv as you approach the ft it naturally goes more and more shorthanded. Benefit is that it can be a peaktime mtt and the normal Mixmax would struggle more

Sorry if this has been discussed before, but is there any chance we can get some regular speed (similar to the non-turbo 180s) PSKO MTT sit and goes? 45 or 90 man regular speed PSKO maybe?
