How to stop TableNinja to pop up the lobby and the filter every single time it register in a sng?
Is there any way to close automatically the tournament lobby when I register in a sng?

Did you try looking in the...options?!?!

hey!

any reason for a multitabler not to use the preferred seat option (pokerstars)

for example azntracker plays nearly 30 tables without using this option - there must be a reason.

thx

Is there a general consensus on which tourneys are softer? Six-max or full ring sit 'n gos? I play on FTP if that matters.

This is the place for stupid questions, right

Grabbed by Holdem Manager
NL Holdem $80(BB) Replayer
SB ($3,140)
Hero ($1,130)
UTG ($2,110)
UTG+1 ($3,065)
CO ($900)
BTN ($3,155)

Dealt to Hero T J

fold, UTG+1 raises to $160, fold, fold, fold, Hero calls $80

FLOP ($360) J 7 3

Hero checks, UTG+1 bets $120, Hero raises to $970 (AI), UTG+1 calls $850

TURN ($2,300) J 7 3 6

RIVER ($2,300) J 7 3 6 4

Hero shows T J
(Pre 17%, Flop 19.1%, Turn 11.4%)

UTG+1 shows A A
(Pre 83%, Flop 80.9%, Turn 88.6%)

UTG+1 wins $2,300

Hindsight has me thinking fold pre, but if in the same situation on the flop I might be tempted to check-push with TPGK vs such a weak cbet

Villain had already limped in LP with AA and minraised in MP with KK *DURING THIS SAME LEVEL*, so putting him on AA seemed pretty dang unlikely. I even made a note about these plays as they happened but felt like the pot odds were too good not to call pre. Thoughts?

Can someone recommend a good training site to watch videos for 9 man turbos between 16's and 60's. I have DC membership but there aren't really that many STT vids.

thanks

pokerscout.com is a good place to start.

you are limited to a few networks if you are after a large selection of games with decent trafic, such as ipoker, ongame, microgaming and party.
some ipoker skins gives some decent value as does some of the other skins from other networks, its up to you to do your research on what best fits your, games, volume, security ect needs

How do I get the ticks/crosses on SNG Wiz?

Where is a good guide for learning how to use SNG Wiz?

On Full Tilt, how can I auto-join 12 SNGs? Also how do I make the SNG lobby auto-close AFTER I register for the SNG, before it starts?

Is 70 buy-ins enough for the $3.25 6-max games on Stars?

(faq only covers 9-max games iirc)

depends... if you are good, average, takes lots of flips, etc.

I recently started playing on stars with 30 buy-in, 9 men sng. 12-tabling. That means 40% of my BR is in game. I understand there is a high risk of me going busto. But I'm okay with that...

Are my hand ranges for opening okay?

EP: TT plus, AK

mp: AQ, 99+, 88 in mp2

late- kqs, ato, any pp

i feel like this might be too tight

It depends on blind level, but even at t20 that would be too tight. It depends whether the pot has been opened or not. If these are your ranges for raising in unopened pots, you need to be a bit looser across the board, particularly late.

My roll is currently 30 buy ins ($167 playing 5.50 FR) how much do I need to move up to $10?

It really does depend. UTG t20 unopened, I'd raise AQs, AK, maybe TT, limp other pairs and get wider as it gets later. t50 sixhanded unopened with a reasonable stack, I would probably not be folding too many broadway hands, maybe JT. So it really does depend. I'd suggest watching some videos because this is an area they can really help in.

Hey, I have a few questions and would really appreciate if somebody could answer. I wanna try a challenge to keep myself motivated over the next 4 months while I am finishing my college semester. I won't have more than 2-3 hours to play 5 days per week and my starting roll would be $100. I have a 6% ROI over 1,700 games with av stake at $6 but this is over the past 3 years and most of these sng's were played over a year ago so I assume the games have gotten tougher now since lots more people use ICM?

On that subject, how important is it to know ICM at $2 -$12 stakes? I have a good idea of shoving, calling spots but generally clueless when it comes to ICM so I am not basing my plays on any actual mathematic ranges, but just 'common sense' at these stakes, is this enough?

Also finally, what exactly is the minimum BI requirements for 9 man turbos these days? Is 70 BI's enough or way too loose?

Thanks!!!!!!!!

This was asked in the T$ Marketplace thread but unanswered and I didn't want to clutter that thread up with non trades, so I thought I'd try here.

Occasionally, you see someone buying T$ at 100%. Why are they doing that?

Probably to build up a good rep in the market place before they start to offer proper trade?
