If I'm wrong, I apologize, but I'm not sure what your actionable feedback is aside from "you suck". If that's your feedback, though, then I thank you for it and wish you the best of luck, should you choose to play with us. Cheers.

I have $ on UP but refused to play on 2003 software. Golden Nugget software is 10x better I don't think you suck, its management imo that should take a 2nd look at the team THEY picked for THIS project. We've all seen the results and its not good. Go talk to the Golden Nugget people they may be able help a lot w/the software issues.

I just emailed the customer service that I want to use one of my tokens for this Sunday 10K, doubt they will get back to me in time. So can I just register for it, and expect to get reimbursed later?

Edit: Never mind. They did manage to respond before 6! They credited my account with $100 ...

PS. On another note, I used to have a startup which offered a special credit card processing to companies. Two years ago during the busy pre Christmas time, our fraud detection module went down for a few hours. Mind you, these are people who have actually paid for this service and now are losing money because of our ****ty servers. The backlash was much more mild than what I see here on this forum! Jesus.

Don't agree with what?

Can you explain your philosophy on offering non-guaranteed tournaments?

Why does the $200 tournament with a guarantee crush the $300 tournament without a guarantee?

Did you really just cancel the 10k Sunday tournament???

Yup, I was close to double the starting stack too! :/

Feels so safe and cozy playing on a regulated site.

Credits will be made on Monday + a bonus related to your chip position.

Insufficient.

Explanation is needed.

Why was it cancelled? Will this be a regular occurrence? Are you cancelling the rest of the tournaments tonight?

Why does the tournament not even show anymore on the lobby as cancelled?

IMO, this weekend showed that UP can't be taken seriously.

who would play on this site?

Our email queues are pretty fast these days. I just got word that the unassigned queue (things that don't need followup or escalation) is down to zero emails after yesterdays ride. They're pretty good.

People care a lot about their own entertainment. Maybe less so about the company they work for, so the backlash might be less there. Just a guess, though.

Thanks for the comments!

first...it's the only legal online poker site going. So, there ya go. Two--- they have pretty good customer service. All my emails were answered in a timely fashion. Yes, the software was rough at first, but they are improving it bit by bit as people give feedback.

I am about to loose it. Ive blown soooooo much money betting into pots that I thought were HU but instead were 3,4, or 5 handed. Any refunds for that ?

PLEASE A MILLION TIMES PLEASE #1 priority *******
Make it so we can see who has cards!

I cant even play 4 tables at a time because it takes soooo much time to look at every individual player to see if they have cards. I went from playing 8 tables a time pre-update to making huge errors while playing 4. Ok... I just needed to get that out of my system

Please hire myself quinella and ufo as consultants. Support should focus on the feedback from the people who start games, save them from breaking, and play 6-10 tables a time. We are your unpaid prop players. We are your most valuable customers, highest rake generators, and potentially have the most insight into how to improve the software and what should have priority. Trying to please everyone will result in failure and frankly is a waste of your valuable time.

I hope that you guys at support are petitioning the higher ups (the Fertitta's) for more employees, operating funds, etc. If you all are working insanely hard and going the extra mile (which i believe you are) then you are ridiculously short staffed and underfunded. It is unfair to you all who work your ass off only to be put in the front line of the &%$# storm of backlash which at the same time is justified. Get the higher ups to throw more damn money at this, particularly on many more programmers.

Thanks for hearing me out

at this point, i would sooner put my money on a rouge site like bovada or a sub site like live ace.

Right now, theyre competitive (barely) because of a (pretty shady imo) government sponsored monopoly. I think this weekend is going to lose them a ton of business.

This weekend has been tough, I'll grant you that (not that I'm in the position of 'defending' Ultimate Poker). I've been bounced off tables/site has crashed on me some dozen or so times. Support has been very fast in responding and has resolved earlier issues to satisfaction.

The site started crashing pretty hard again this afternoon, so I'm giving up for a few hours at least--- so, right there one grinder drops out...I do see your point.

However, as support has made good on all issues so far, I believe giving them some time to fix bugs/improve features is the way to go.

I've been able to cash out several times with quick turnaround---something Bovada/old Bodog can NEVER say. I can rest easy my money isn't going to disappear up in smoke like it did with AP, UB and FullTilt.

LOL, anyone that would even hint at possibly playing on Bovada cannot be taken seriously!

Dax; have you responded to the "I CAN'T SEE MY CARDS" complaint? If you have, I haven't found it.

(I'm frankly also curious about how this epic GUI fail was not squashed the very first time you tested your software. So obviously lolbad. Any ETA on fixing this? There's about dozen different ways you could, from allowing us to turn off avatars, to just giving us 2 dif card-backs to choose from, just like we can choose the 2- or 4- color deck. This is a 10-minute task for your devs.)

My 1st post!! (Forgot e-mail to old Acc)

I hope some people agree with my thoughts and help keep improving this new and exciting site that has been going in the right directions, despite some recent bumps in the road.

Things I like about v2

-Disabled animation
-Over All smoother
-Re-sizable tables
-VIP program
-Halo on action is cool
-Have All In Button now (and others)
-Late Reg
-ReBuys
-Reg ahead of time
-Still No Hand histories( results in Hud's )
-Still No search player ( bum hunters )
-Says " Sitting out " instead SB or BB now if they afk
- NO MORE RANDOM shut downs ( so far )

Top 10 Things *I* think need to be fixed in order of importance

1. Players Cards need to be a bright Color that does not blend with any avatars
(take out the ones that do blend)
2. Need an alert sound for every action on non focused tables
Example- If I'm thinking on one table and i hear a bunch of beeps I know if i need to hurry on a decision
Example 2- I'm searching lobby ( table behind lobby) and i have no idea i got a hand and just time out without a sound
3. Clicking the slider once need to always be 3x not 4x sometimes
4. TIME BANK
5. Option to save a tile format/ Save how we like lobby formatted (ex. status for trnys)
6. On every trny there needs to be a way to see what trny it is without clicking lobby
7. Check-fold on BB
8. Show the action of the people in the hand post flop
9 After someone makes action, make it go straight to there stack size
10. If i want to look back at a hand, it does not show stack sizes

Boom, here it is. XP and U-Points. XP are a measure of how much you've played (and can't be spent). U-Points are spendable promotional points (spendable in the store only, of course - you can't gamble with them).

Playing any raked tournaments or cash games rewards you at the rate of 10 XP per $1. The base level earns you one U-Point per XP. If you earn a certain amount of XP in a month, the U-Points you earn are multiplied based on your tier. If you earn a significant amount of points in a rolling 14 month (“one year”) period, you can earn "Gold Plaque" or "Diamond Plaque" status, massively multiplying the points earned even more. There’s a new VIP dialog in the My Account pages that shows all of the progress to you. There's also a host of items in the store that you'll be able to purchase to supplement the points you get. There's also a bunch of stuff planned for promotions in the next few weeks & months. As I mentioned before, we're not going to "punish" players for having gotten in our initial release and playing - ScottyY can speak more about it, and we'll have more details on our website shortly.

so if im reading this right, black chip tier earns 50 U points per $1 of rake,
am I correct

Anyone have any idea of what the bonuses equate too in terms of %? How much rake am I paying to get a 25$ those points seem monster high. :P
