I have no confidence in the procedures you have in place for designing your UP software.


You can only design the software well if you have been a multi-tabler or have a multi-tabler as a co-designer. It is obvious that this is not the case.So, currently, there is no hope that you will correct things in a quick and efficient manner.

You must get the leader to understand the importance of making a multi-tabler an intricate part of the design process from this point forward.

Why? You could just use the points for cash and then the cash for tournies.

Lol! People need to calm down. This is starting to sound like a video game forum with everyone crying doom all the time. UP has been running for 5 months chill out.

IMO when a company is in its infancy you judge their mistakes on two criteria. How they handle their mistakes and how they learn from their mistakes. As far as handling their mistakes I think they are doing a pretty good job. I've recieved my refund for tournaments that closed for random reason, I've cashed out 3 times already each time was awesome, and I've never had to wait long for customer service. For the latter part of the criteria I think it is still too early to judge. If a year from now we've had 2-3 more updates and they all go horribly then we can all grab pitchforks and raid the UP headquarters lol!

For now, log on enjoy the fact we have online poker back and let Omgcrabcakes take that money. Lol! Jk I'm pretty terrible.

the software is still experiencing problems. No 6max tables below 100nl and an obvious glitch where the full ring tables have 0 min buyin. that can't be right. Hope tech is on these issues.

I had it disabled. My thoughts are that if you're old enough to gamble, you're old enough to swear. I also don't really see a relative difference between "****" and "f.uck". If we want to get in a "euphemism arms race", well that seems like a waste of time and effort. However, I think that's a better discussion for twitter (and not everyone in the company agrees with me).

Cheers - thanks for the comments. We're working on the issues that have been raised. Card visibility is a big one, and I am hoping we can push a hotfix soon. As mentioned before, though - part of being in a regulated environment means hotfixes might be a little lukewarm.

More on this later today - but this is a bug that we're aware of (it's been the number 1 thing this morning). It's related to the crashes.

for sure. the crashes increased in frequency for me last night especially at 6 max tables...the site would just periodically blink out and I'd have to log back in again. After this happened some dozen times, i've basically given up playing for now. Hopefully you can fix this bug cuz I need to grind all day!! thanks for the efforts.
