It's the same thing as what I said before. It's totally natural to assume that someone that looks like a woman has female sex parts, especially if every experience you've ever had with peoples genitalia who look like females have had female sex parts.
It doesn't matter anyway. Respectable people do not think about genitalia when talking to someone else, unless of course sexual attraction is involved.
