If anybody is curious as to what the gibberish below is all about, there was a discussion about the 'education system in USA' awhile back. The low rank is for the K-12 public schooling. The high rank is for the higher institutions, public and private.
It's been months, with multiple rehashes, and wil can't figure out what would be an easy-intermediate ACT question in the reading section.
