Are you seriously going to introduce $50 on demand tournaments that need 6 people to start and give you 50 sit & crush points a pop. This is beyond ridiculous! SNG community was booming, even 9 man's were running extremely well and people that grind lower stakes had a fighting chance in the promotion. This could untimely ruin SNG grinders chances for a decent bonus from S&C without playing $50 on demand tournaments.

this isn't relevant since no table was getting more than a few hands an hour, which is still drastically unfair because no one signed up for the tournament expecting to only get in 6 hands an hour. the actual structure of the tournament was severely compromised and either way your complaint is unjustified.

regardless, i think you are underestimating how many people got totally screwed by, for whatever reason, having a ****tier connection to the server than others.

guys be patient....WPN has always been player-friendly in situations such as these(although never on this scale).

they ISSUED ALL REFUNDS IMMEDIATELY....but compensation usually takes some time to process, regardless of the site/network. so I think people need to give them some time.

i have a feeling they will give some sort of compensation to the people who feel it was an unfair.

was this a fail? yes it was...but at least they went out on a limb to try something this ambitious...something that would be really good for US poker.

I do want to say if they issue full refunds to everyone, including people that were Ko's and multiple re-entries, major props. they will gain a lot of respect and credibility in the market.

why does that deserve major props? doesn't cost them a cent to do it

If they will just refund my debit card deposit so I dont have to wait a month for a check then Ill be happy enough and play again the next time, but just refunding everyone and screwing over everyone who was still in it doesn't deserve any praise

I mean its disappointing but really not that big of a deal that it couldnt finish, but I deposited to play all of their decent sunday tournaments today and had never played there before. Im sure other people did the same. Then I only get to play 2 tournaments and the one i was there to play in the first place runs for 5+ hours and then stops as if it has never started. Im sure a lot of people did the exact same thing, and if they make it right then whatever, but if i have to wait a month and/or pay fees to get my money off then that was the first and last time I ever play WPN

. It will cost them a lot of money. If you did just deposit for the tournament they probably should chargeback the card for you and others in the same position for free. They did not "screw over" anyone if they are issuing full refunds, the ones who did not have any disconnection problems were at a massive advantage and were effected without bias. LAP had the same issues going on a couple of weeks ago; as did party, and both blamed the connection issues on the user and I didn't see ANY refunds being issued; let alone a blanket, cover all users, million-dollar refund.

I wont complain at all if they charge back my card.

But the difference here is that they knew it was happening and ran the tournament anyway.

I will give you a 100 dollars if you prove to me that you only saw 6 hands per hour.

Ill still be in on feb 22nd regardless and hope they get everything worked out. As of right now though, no other USA site can touch bovada

i just woke up and am having the same issue. cashier will not load(get that message you mentioned) and when i attempt to sit at a table my balance says $0.

Support says They cant do anything about it.

Got 2 emails back last night from security regarding my issues of compensation for a Milly satellite that went bezerk right at 3PM yesterday. Neither one of them gave any information, even 1 email said "I need more information from you" but never told me what to tell them. And this is what I sent to them:

"I am seeking compensation for the tournament is # 1983133. It was a $1million satellite 1 seat OD turbo r/a. I was 2nd in chips around 3, roughly after the million started. Then my table started to lag. I couldn't see my cards 4 or 5 handed. Then 3 handed I get blinded out even tho I was still in 2nd. Seen cards for 3 hands 3 handed but then went blank again and the chip leader blinded us both out until I got 3rd and other guy got second. I feel I should be getting more than just a refund as my equity for the $434 that second got is much greater."

Also sent them my Username and Other personal information.

Its like their all uneducated peasants the few support people ive talked to the past few days ... And all the WPN people on this site who promised to be around yesterday for the entire day of course were nowhere to be found. What a joke.
