HU especially the hyper turbos are probably the most requested for refunds due to the disconnect crashes and players would be in the right to do so.

One guy who is lucky enough or willing to wait it out longer gets back and runs over the other as imo they should because people aren't waiting for you so you shouldn't for them along with quick structures their isn't time to wait. If the game stalls long enough who knows what the blinds will be like when it resumes?

At 10 AM est It is not safe to judge that the issues are fixed. The issues show up when the load is high.

Load won't even begin to pick up until the evening.

Maybe, I couldn't say but like I also said if they don't fix it by the weekend the player pool should diminish significantly, even being one of the few viable options left.

For those who are unsure what they have been getting back as far as refunds go, the info is available on the acr website (OSS events only). Go to the OSS leaderboard and find the event in question, shows final position and payouts. Pretty sure the refunds are included in the payout but not positive.

When a tournament is cancelled the refund doesn't show up where your bonuses/etc are. It shows up in tournament history for each individual tournament. If you remember which ones it should be pretty obvious. I have only been playing twice when things were straight up cancelled and everything seemed to be paid out fine.

SNGs on the other hand...we will have to wait and see.
