I agree that ACR doesn't want this to happen, but c'mon man it's 2017. Online poker sites ran more smoothly 10+ years ago. ACR is either cheap or a bunch of amateurs. Probably both.

I signed up for an OD, it launched. My table never opened though. I could open it manually but only as an observer, no action buttons and couldn't see my cards. There was no take my seat button in the lobby. I tried closing and reopening the software. It has not reconnected since it is just stuck on "configuring". It's been like that for 45 minutes now.

I'll try live support for my refund if I can ever get back on.

I love how people defend Poker sites as if they are immune to wrong doing or mistakes. It's people being 'drama queens' to say otherwise.

Just keep swallowing this notion that it's all a DDOS, and if we could only stop that it would run so smooth! I guess people believe anything.

I've tried updating on two different computers in the last hour, they are both hung on configuring.

And restarted one of them 3 times , no luck.

I'm done for the night.

It's after 3 am and I tried to open BCP, ACR and True and none open any further than the main lobby and game display area is all white. Too bad I'm broke on Carbon

I fail to understand why you guys think all the gimmick features they add that reduces reliability of their site is worth it

They literally ignore redundancy and reliability features but continue to add gimmick features that further reduce reliability. Crazy.

I am able to browse their website but when i start the app it says it gets stuck on 'connecting to server' . Yesterday both website and connecting to the app weren't working.
