Their online customer service is mostly useless. The reps here have taken care of a couple of issues I had same day.

Software such as IP ban and maybe not hosting the poker software on the same software as the webserver.

The noon oss52 tourney was still running around the site went down though. Does this mean maybe the attacks targeted/altered the results of some hands? I don't see otherwise why i would refunded that tourney and not others which started around noon and were still running at the time it went down(and in which i had also already been eliminated). Could I maybe ask for refunds for those ?
Doesn't hurt to ask.

But the key factor is late registration.

If the tourney is cancelled before late reg closes, your money is given back to you, even if you busted out.

If the tourney is cancelled after late reg closes, your money is given to the players who are still in the tournament.

The tournament cancellation payouts / refund rules can be found on the acr website.

i dont think u get a refund if u busted before it happened

i stand corrected

In late registration – If a regular, turbo/hyper or rebuy and add on Multi-table tournament is in late registration and is cancelled, all players will receive the following compensation (including players who have busted): A Tournament buy-ins, rebuys, re-entries and fees back. It will be as if the tournament had never been played.

It's a very low tech way to take something down.
You know there are way to stop that right? Why do you think most sites use captcha, and block you after trying to log in so many times. Not saying that would stop all "attacks" but it makes it harder if you can't attempt to log in.

As far as I've tried when i forgot my password, I can try endless times.

The casino is still screwy. I was down, worked back up, went to cashier to check my balance, it's frozen, casino is frozen. i don't know if the freeze locked me in at the low $ level before I recovered or what. I have no idea where I stand. Thanks a lot!

Can anyone get to the cashier to check their balances? Is the cashier working for anyone??

Never said there was no way to stop it... I was simply answering a question. Anyways, yes there's plenty of ways to stop it, otherwise xbox and playstation would constantly be down.

I cannot ATM. Seems like their website and cashier are both down. Could be due to the influx of new traffic or more DDOS
09-01-2017 , 12:25 PM
Same here, "504 Gateway Time-out" error when I try to access the cashier.

I was hoping the long outage was due to them making sure they had their act together before coming back online. Nope. ACR is still ACR. They try to do the right thing, but their competence and professionalism are shaky.

Running good on Ignition today, just going to play there until things settle down.

Lol, and what's to stop an anonymous attacker to take the money, and then attack them again in a few months?

I was signed up for a on demand omaha hi/lo when the site went down for good last night. after waiting hours to reconnect with no luck I just went to bed around 5am figuring the 7.70 would be returned when i woke up. guess what, I wake up and the 7.70 is still missing, been in chat with support for 20 minutes and still nota. site is horrible. wonder how much the scammed from people last night. I always thought ACR was shady as ****.
