Same here with sngs froze and wont open. I imagine they will be canceled and will be refunded. My fear is I am registered in 22 sngs that are still registering, and can't unregister. So when they fix the problem will those fill up and I'll be on the hook for them sitting out?

I would hope they just unregister people from games that are in the registering state.

Support told me all games are paused for the next 30 minutes. So I have to stay logged on waiting indefinitely for my games to start back?

I had 6 tables open/restart. Are they new tables, old tables that restarted? The rest are still frozen. And 4 of the new tables are froze. Now I'm stuck wasting my time playing 2 sngs while I wait to see wtf is going on.

Problem appears to be solved for me I am able to log in on both my laptop and my pc and see the cashier in both..

Anyone else having lag? I was getting lag on cash tables earlier and now just logged in and the lobby is frozen.

We had an update a few hours ago, it was for players who had issues with the black screen cashier and unresponsive client. Now should be working fine. Let me know if you still have issues so I can assist you.

Have you ever heard of scheduled maintenance? Stopping mtts with no warning there will be a shutdown during the day is absolutely ridiculous. Now players are responsible for figuring out when you're going back online? How many players are going to wind up not being aware as soon as the system is back up? This is pathetic.

Messages were sent to every single tournament running for 60 seconds before going down stating we would be down for a few minutes which actually lasted longer than expected.

I am experiencing a strange issue. Ever since the most recent update (about a week ago now) I cannot access anything in the poker client other than the bottom ad scroll and the close lobby function when I am logged in. When I am not logged in everything works fine - I can select filters - select poker tables etc. As soon as I log in nothing I click on works besides what I mentioned above.

I've gone 5 rounds with live chat with no solution as of yet - uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times - downloaded and ran a special zip version that ACR provided - and did all the suggested troubleshooting (clear cookies, cache, update java, etc) and still no solution. Literally nothing has changed on my end so I am very curious as to why this is occurring.

Anyone else experiencing a similar problem?

Fixed my own problem. I had to run the program as an Administrator and I also had to add new exceptions to my anti virus and firewall.

Pretty strong lag tonight. All sorts of other buggy issues. Have had to restart the client several times.

On a Mac. Always have to deal many times per session with moving table bug. Creates a client error. I have to open the lobby, close the table and then retake my seat. Lord knows it won't be sized or positioned properly when it reopens.

Going to wind down this mtt session since I've lost my time bank on every table.

I didn't receive any pm by the way i feel obligated to put that here, in case someone would think i was taken care of in some way I was not, another lie.

Actually my main reason to visit this forum again was that i was trying to make a complaint about all my experiences on the site to the gaming commission but it would seem they have no regulator?

tldr: After getting scammed for about 1k$ and treated as badly as i possibly could and lied to about 4 times by acr reps my only logical action was to got to the gaming commission, turns out there isn't one. Just some legal loophole that lets them operate with no regulation. Seems shady as hell to me at least.

Can you give us a breakdown of the scam so others can know what to look for? If it happened once it's probably gonna happen again in the same way to another player.
