Tried uninstalling BlackChipPoker from Control Panel, it finished. Downloaded the installer from the site, tried installing and it says "BlackChipPoker already installed. Do you want to uninstall?" I hit yes and nothing happens. I can confirm I see nothing in Control Panel or anywhere in the Programs folders on the local drive.

Anyone ever come across this? Any luck? No response from support

Resolved this by running a Registry Cleaner from a handy application called "CCleaner" and got the installer to work

I have a question. It seems obvious but I would really like to know. Does anyone from ACR/WPN follow this thread? Does the tournament director read it? Does anyone really care what these freezes do to their players?

I remember when the Holdem Manager servers went down and all of the players freaked out. As far as I know it had never happened before. They were back up in an hour and the people at Holdem Manager feel all over themselves apologizing to their users.

The president of the company got online (I'm not sure whether it was streaming or a video, I didn't see it) and personally apologized to the affected players.

I wish the people at Americas Cardroom cared half that much.

But if they cared we couldn't have nice things like James Franco representing the site without his knowledge or permission.

In 3 years of playing on the software I have never had lag or DC that wasn't something on my end. I've put in more MTT volume than any player on the site the last 6 months, there is no recurring lag issue.

Just get yourself a $600 tower/monitor that's not a MAC(why would you buy a MAC lol) and $50/month internet.

I have a feeling we have alot of guys sitting in starbucks parking lot on laptops trying to play poker through their hotspot. And because candy crush runs fine on that connection, they feel ACR should too.

Wow is this software laggy right now I thought I'd go see what changed in the jackpot poker and it took me 5 minutes to get to that tab buy now just has the little spinner wheel going over the "real money" on the register page. I can't believe they went from what they once were to horrible to worse when only offering $2 games to whatever this is now.

Supply your programmers with mass amounts of coffee or adderall to get through 16 hour programming days or just hire more.

99% of the time it's not the users end if their computer setup meets the player requirements but instead servers having issues on whatever poker, gambling, video,etc. site it might be.

Anyone else having problems sitting at cash tables? Tournaments are running fine for me but I can't sit at a cash game for some reason. Cash game traffic seems way below normal as well.

Yeah.... or not. Lagging like crazy on my $1500 computer set up and 75MB internet.

Been super laggy for me also and the P2P option in the cashier just disappeared (says server is too busy).

Clearly one of the perks for being a shill is a good connection
