Stayed up late to grind this $10 1500. Disconnected as CL 4 handed, small bird but playing for $300+ Difference. Atleast chip chop the damn thing so I don't get blinded out. I do expect something for my equity. I normally don't even complain about getting timed out but when you stay up late to grind a sh i t bird to save your day, and this happens, it's pretty tilting. Guess I'll have to just stick to stars.

I just lost 20 seconds of my tournament time clock because the buttons didn't pop up and the clock didn't show when it was my turn to act.

I went to check my history and my name was gone it was someones name addy from ukraine personal info was there not mine

I Live in usa refreshed and my info was then correct but i have a screen shot with his personal info

Live chat said its error on my end is that possible?

I had a jackpot where I was only dealt one card during the game. Exited and rejoin a couple times, same thing. Had two MTTs open and no issues with them whatsoever.

Looks like you're missing some buttons and checkboxes too.

Weird that it still happened after exiting and rejoining. Sometimes you can identify a missing card by setting chat to show dealer messages, but not in the new Jackpots. At least you could pull up the replayer after the hand and ... oh, not in Jackpots. You should go back in the hand history to see ... oh, nevermind.


4 of clubs is a weak starting hand. Consider folding pre-flop in the small blind versus a min raise.

With the massive amount of problems the last update had, I'm curious why they didn't roll back to the previous version until they could work out the kinks.

I'm not sure what "massive" problems you're talking about, but reverting an update for something that takes only 20 mins of downtime to fix would be a very dumb thing to do.

That's the new jackpot format. It's one card no limit texas hold 'em.

Oh, didn't know that making JPs above $2 available was a 20 minute fix. Seems kinda silly that it hasn't been fixed then.

It is quite silly that it's not fixed yet, but I am no expert on software updates. Maybe you are and reverting because one feature is bugged is SOP for the tech industry. I could see your point if the entire site was still down.

another idiotic post. since I am assuming you don't play jackpots and having them screwed up doesn't affect you then rolling back the update should affect you either so shutup. and guess what, if it was a 20 minute fix then it would have been fixed in twenty minutes, not the two weeks or however long its been.

Right, and there's all kinds of bugs. SnC leaderboard, missing HHs etc. It's been a couple weeks of it, not 20 minutes. They clearly rolled out an update before it was ready and are sticking with it regardless of how long it takes to fix. I don't know the consequences of rolling back an update, but it has to be costing them a significant amount of money in lost rake.

It sucks, I'd love to be playing, but it's not the end of the world for me because I'm not a full-time grinder these days. Was just curious about what's going on.

Emailed support, and sent them the pic as requested. They sent me back an email, asking me to uninstall ACR and reinstall.

I followed their advice, emailed them back asking what next,only to discover they had already closed my support ticket. Then proceeded to ask me which tourney is this again and when did this happen....smh.

You should be able to open a support ticket again, or reply to the original email to open it again, if the original issue is not resolved if it is anything like our/most support ticket systems. They should obv check your recent ticket history though.
