I hope you are being funny. These are the same people who got taken for an undisclosed amount in bitcoin and have to deal with ddos attacks. I don't see Bovada or Merge dealing with hackers like WPN. It's most likely because their software isn't very good. Perfect example just occurred with all these cancelled tourneys.

still these problems guys? i joined 2 sngs and they are really laggy

For the past few days I haven't been able to login because I'm stuck at the "Checking Protocol Version" stage. Am I the only one with this issue? I had no problems during the past month until recently. I hope they fix everything before Sunday.

MAAAN are you kidding! This is not funny when your shotting a limit and you have to disconnect your wlan between every hand to be able to play this ****! I loved this site but since yesterday. i dont know :/

Any chance of them extending time to clear the OSS bonus given today's downtime?

Wow, just tried to play some cash... how long has it been down?
04-23-2016 , 07:04 AM
Just tried to play a HYPER HUSNG and took 30 seconds of lag per move. Ridiculous. Getting my refund!
04-23-2016 , 09:05 AM
I was in two SNGs and an MTT that they just suspended and refunded, so the issues are continuing.
04-23-2016 , 09:14 AM
At least you got a refund..

Got into a jackpot SNG and was blinded out as server kept disconnecting but other 2 were able to play and finish.. Was kinda just a test to see how severs were this morning. Won't be playing on ACR today

This is unplayable right now. I'm getting timed-out every street.

Yup. Didn't realize it was still down bought into a cash game flopped a set my first hand and it timed me out on the turn so lost the pot. So rediculous. If they don't patch this soon they are going to have a hard time bouncing back from this I would imagine.

Every time I've left acr, it's been b/c of lag. This is unacceptable. We're wagering real, hard-earned money on software that cant handle the simple game with 90's era graphics. Cmon acr. This is 2016.
04-23-2016 , 10:10 AM
TBH, better now than tomorrow during the milly

Just talked to support. Now they are trying to blame it on US ISP's!

09:35 Leo S:the software is okay
the service is unavailable for players in the US. This is due to local connectivity issues with the Internet Service Providers within the US.
04-23-2016 , 10:43 AM
I call BS. I've been running bf4 online, bovada, youtube, and twitch all morning without any issue. My internet is fine. Acr is only thing lagging.
04-23-2016 , 10:44 AM
Impossible for me to test issues for work this morning when trying to do support emails.

according to the number of posts/issues in this thread I am not sure if it has ever been up. :P

Seems like the few people who have brought up their refunds were happy with them. I know for me, I was in an OSS Event #56 relatively deep into the money, and only got $15 back. I think that's a joke. I am now looking in the tournament lobby to see the results/payouts from late last night, and the event isn't even listed anymore. How do we get some sort of explanation as to how they come up with these payouts? Based on past history, these server attacks will most certainly affect the $1M tomorrow. For players like me who typically spend a good bit of time playing satellites for that, I would definitely think twice if that's what you want to invest your money into.
