Hi wpn rep

I have to update more than 2k wpn players explaining them what's happening. Can you tell if tournaments will be all cancelled, if they will resume, etc? Everyone is asking me but i don't know what to say to them.

If anybody logged out during the downtime, thinking they had unregistered to all SNGs, log back in and check.

I unregistered for all the ones still showing in the lobby, and when I logged out I didn't get that standard popup. One would assume if the lobby isn't even showing the SNG, it was auto-unreg'd and refunded, right? Lol not true. I log back in just to check and 2 sngs are open with half the table sitting out, one frozen and the other getting blinded off.

Obv a refund is in order.

p.s. Ok, the one that was frozen just got refunded, but the other was a 6max turbo (lol) and me and half the table had half our stacks blinded off.

I dont know if i can assume from his post that issues were solved and people can register in mtts without getting disconected.

Don't assume that, my posts above were made in real time, however many minutes after he posted, when one sng froze and was refunded.

So I log on today and lo and behold no refund.

Now obv I made this post initially for my self interest, my refund, but as I said half the table was inactive on both SNGs. That's 9 players including myself that got shafted, and that's just 2 o8 SNGs. Expand it to sitewide and how many players got shafted in the same manner?

Also, I log on today and SNG traffic is noticeably down...

How do you people not put 2 and (plus) 2 together and see how you're shooting yourself in the foot with a move like this? "Shear a sheep many times but..." and all that etc.

I don't know nicname but Kroe is a high volume reg. Am I to understand that we're at the point where these people are thank-you-sir-may-I-have-another-ing you people for merely not stealing from them? Sweet christ.

I'm definitely not a "high volume reg" on WPN. I have played less than 500 games. I like it so far, though, and I wish they had more things to play. This is the first time I have even had to think about a refund. If it keeps happening my "definitely won't be playing anything tonight" line will turn into "definitely won't be playing anything this week, month, etc". I hope they figure it out.

Is anyone else having issues loading the client? I open it, and it doesn't load, but it does show up in the processes on Task Manager.

Client is loading fine for me at the moment.

Edit: Thought omaha games were glitched out but guess I had the high stakes tab clicked, so nvm on that. Had thought it was odd not a single game was running.

ACR is unplayable ATM. More than Half my games just lag and dont give me any options, it just activates my time bank and goes down or auto sits me out when it's suppose to post my BB even if I have it auto-clicked to post. My internet is running fine, and it doesnt lose connection to all the tables.

Unplayable for me too. Lost quite a bit of money as it was doing this weird stuff for me. On one table had middle set and OESD against 1 opponent in a pretty large pot. I tried to bet the turn, it checked. Opponent bet and my hand was autofolded.

Doesn't help my bid for the 1k beast award this week either as some people seem to be fine.

The word "unacceptable" doesn't being to describe how bad this is.

I've spent much of the last two years completely rethinking my game. I'm playing more speculative hands, more hands overall, and I'm tinkering with my opening range from the button. I've completely changed how I play in order to do well in long deep-stacked tournaments with a good structure, which is what I play live.

Online I've played nothing but $1 SNGs in the last month. I'm using ACR mainly to get some practice playing SNGs (it's been a while) and to try out different things with my HUD, for example, trying out different stats, or trying more or fewer stats to see how comfortable I am with what I have.

The problem is that getting some SNG practice and getting better with a HUD is all I'm doing. I'm not really trying to make any money, because I have no interest in playing for 6+ hours knowing that my tournament can lag, freeze or get canceled at any time.

I could play more SNGs, but even then, I don't want to load a bunch of $10 SNGs and have the site go down. When I'm messing around with the HUD, I sometimes ask myself what it is I'm preparing for.

I don't know if I stay on WPN because I hope that someday it will work, if I'm waiting for a good online site, or just because I'm bored. Live poker is now almost all of my playing time, but I'm a live-in family caregiver a few days a week so I can only play in a local charity poker room a couple nights a week. The nearest casino that deals NLHE tournaments is more than 100 miles away and not an option in my current situation.

This really stinks. The relative that I care for sleeps through the night, usually for 12-14 hours. That's a lot of time that I could play online if I trusted WPN enough to do so.

Hopefully the high five run smooth.

Where are the $12 hyper hu sitngos? Why do those always vanish as opposed to the $6 or $24 or $2.40. Eventually they come back sometimes in a day, sometimes a week. Just curious as to why when there is an update on software this always seem to happen.
Anyone?

Yesterday, first day of events ran smooth, got me a deep run in the 10k 6-max.

I can't access the store today. Just says error page not loading.

Tournaments suspended by host. Who didn't see this coming
