3rd time in a row a check from WPN has been no good. im done. suggest the same.
Every US facing site has issues with check at one point or another. There is not one that hasn't, but ......

You're in the bitcoin thread. Bitcoin is simple to use and has no fees. Read the first post to get started with it. I don't know if pay 2 card has any fees or not, but that takes a couple of weeks to get, probably close to what a check does, and won't bounce. Or just get the debit card. Before bitcoin that's what I used and it was fast and fees were low. Using the riskiest method there is and then getting mad when things go wrong is just lazy. There's no reason for anyone to request a check from WPN when they offer great, reliable, and fast alternatives.

I've called support like 3 times there all saying Monday so I'm not rounding up the lynch mob til at least Tuesday

What sites you guys use to transfer BTC => €/£/$ bank account at a decent rate ? (other than the ones in OP)

the 360 degree shape(rhymes with urkle) is probably mentioned in the OP and what i use, it has been good for conversions it seems

I've now been told that they " don't know when withdrawals will be sent"

Caution to all seems as though something very eerie is going on around wpn no ones being paid for seemingly no good reason.

Been waiting on mid 4 fig Bitcoin withdrawal since weds 16th been given run around multi-able times and was told Friday that I'd receive coins by monday

You need to chill. People like you are why cashouts get so backed up. The second there is a delay you scream end of world. I understand mid 4 fig cash out might be a lot of money to you, but to a site who is processing hundreds of thousands of dollars each day, you are not getting scammed over for a few k. There is nothing eerie going on

ty for adding some perspective. Sometimes people like to claim the sky is falling when they feel a drop of rain on their face.

I didn't tell you to chill. I was talking to the guy who posted about bounced checks in the Bitcoin thread.

IMO you have a right to be annoyed. A little bit because of the delay, but more so because of the poor communication from the cashouts department. If they had told you 'we are shooting for Monday to get things back to normal, but it might not be till Friday' or 'we are dealing with some issues with Bitcoin and it might take up to a week to fix' you would probably feel better than being told it would be today and now being told it won't be and they don't know when. The one thing wpn is very bad at is communicating things like this.

Just talked to Live Support and was told that bitcoin withdrawals are "down until further notice."

Usually they have a (short) time frame for when they'll be back up, but this time seems to be open ended.

Can we get any info. on how long this is supposed to last? Are we talking days, weeks, months..?

well, i supposedly have one pending. seems like we are getting the runaround as pubhead said. with the recent bounced checks also, seems like something is up

Yeah, I had one pending too and talked to live support about why it was taking so long. They said once it went thru a security review, it would be cancelled since btc withdrawals are down now until further notice.

She went ahead and cancelled it right then and placed the funds back in my account.

I'm not claiming that the situations are similar, but there are people on here that went through instances of "cash out issues" that became sites folding and taking the money with them (Minted Poker as an example), so it's understandable that people may not be so trusting anymore

Bitcoin withdrawal option was gone for me again but now it's back in the cashier.

03-22-2016 , 02:57 PM

Marcos L:
The options left for you will be Checks (Bank Draft), Eco Payz or 7 capital

03-22-2016 , 03:18 PM
Marcos L:
The option is not currently available for withdrawals just for deposits

19:56Marcos L:
We may re-enable it for withdrawals within the next few months

Don't bother asking, they don't answer the though questions, ex. withdrawal issues, new tourney schedule, or needed updates like hand for hand and payout structure fixes.
03-23-2016 , 12:32 PM
Let's stop complaining and start figuring where we are with Bitcoin withdraws. It will be much more helpful for everyone to know when the withdraw was made and when the Bitcoin was received.

Withdraw 3/20
Received: ?
03-23-2016 , 12:38 PM
requested 3/16
still waiting

Yeah, I used it last week, they gave me the pick up info/reference number within 24 hours, and i got a blank check to dump into the bank, took an additional day for it to fully clear, the max is 500 though for some reason
