Re: Bitcoin Deposits and Withdraws
Apparently the CEO has no pull. Bitcoin withdrawal is still not available. I am not seeing that option from my client.

Same here. I used to be able to email support and they would manually do a bitcoin withdrawal for me. Did it 3 times or so successfully. I recently emailed them to do another one and they told me no. Very odd

Re: Bitcoin Deposits and Withdraws
So I have done a few withdrawals using WPN-BlockChain-Circle-BOA. However, right now I have money stuck in Circle and they won't let me move it. I emailed them to ask why and they are requesting me to answer these questions:
1) What is the source of these funds?
2) What is the purpose of these transfers?
3) What is your primary occupation?
I don't want to say I'm using the money for poker because I have heard they don't like poker. But I don't want to get caught in a lie. Is there a good way to answer this?

Someone else can probably give you better answers than I could, but that is an example of why I don't use circle and avoid coinbase. If you want to sell your bitcoin without anyone getting involved in your business, use localbitcoins.

Probably depends - how much were you transferring to/from Circle and how often?

My primary occupation is a poker player, and I live in the United States :-/. Last year I had a few withdrawals for as much as 5,000$, and never had any deposits. So it will be tough to say that I am a Bitcoin trader when they only thing I have done is withdraw. Luckily, right now, I only have 200$ in there.

Re: Bitcoin Deposits and Withdraws
I have not used bitcoin in awhile and just wanted to be clear. I tried to find the info but there are too many pages in this thread.
I created new blockchain address and that is where I send my cashout to right?
even tho that is different than the address that is shown for me on the main page where it says to share with people for payments?
I created a new address on coinbase and that is where I would send the bitcoin I receive in blockchain right?
Then from coinbase I can cash out to my bank right?

The base info is on first post of the entire thread https://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/21...draws-1502384/
and specifically about new addresses you can use the "search thread" feature to find out more info about creating new addresses but here's a post I found https://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/sh...&postcount=300
Lastly, in my experience with new addresses, yes the old one/first one still appeared on the main page, in spite of a new one being created. Not sure if this ever changes but it doesn't matter because all roads(created addresses) still lead back to that wallet. If you are still unsure/uncomfortable with the process, do a smaller transaction(s) first with a new address to familiarize yourself with the process.

Re: Bitcoin Deposits and Withdraws
Been an entire week since Bitcoin was supposed to be availible (this claim was made by the wpn CEO) and it still is not. My account has no reason for Bitcoin not to be availible .
You can also only request one check every 7 days WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS SITE if you play any medium stakes and aren't a mass multitabler.

Re: Bitcoin Deposits and Withdraws
I'm a little pissed off at this site. I moved money on to play some Sunday tourneys and I would like to move my money off quickly and now Bit coin is suddenly gone when it comes time to get money off. I really don't feel like taking a check out or playing more on this site.

How do you like using LBC compared to other wallets like coinbase for selling btc?

I ike it better, for these reasons:
- faster, I get cash within hours
- I get a better price, usually1-2% over market price
- no one gives a crap how I got the bitcoin or anything else personal
The best advice I would give anyone who wants to use lbc is never, ever, ever trade outside of escrow, don't release the btc until after you have confirmed you have received the $, and trade with the more active pro traders who make a living buying and selling bitcoin and have no interest in ripping you off for a few thousand dollars.

Re: Bitcoin Deposits and Withdraws
Thanks for the refresher.
Made the cash out request. Next day was asked to call and verify a few things.
24 hours after request, got email saying its sent. Logged into blockchain and 3 minutes later I heard a ding and there is the money.
Sent to coinbase which took 20 min. and the 1.5 days to hit the bank.

Congrats on those who have the option and cash out regularly.
My sympathies to those who cannot.
Myself being one. For that reason, I decided to stop losing my money to this company.

Re: Bitcoin Deposits and Withdraws
Yea it's ridiculous the option is only available to a subset of players but not others. Seems like newer accounts get the luxury of btc but not the older ones from what I've read itt which is even more ridiculous.

Its very odd, curious what their rules are to have bitcoin?
I've played on the site for a long time, have deposited and withdrawn with bitcoin 5+ times each. Took it away a few months ago, said I was getting it back and then poof, I can't even get a response anymore.
