Add me to the list of "people who deposited with BTC, but don't have it as a withdrawal option".

My account is already verified, and I spoke to an online rep who said that they unlocked it (BTC withdrawal) for me, but it's still not there as an option.

I'll follow up with a phone call tonight, just relating my experience so far.

If you don't get resolution on the call tonight try a pm to the rep here, I doubt they can handle it directly for this particular issue but they can help escalate it.

Re: Bitcoin Deposits and Withdraws

hi all,

hope everyone had a nice, safe day, and didn't lose any money lolz

Bitcoins withdrawal req: 11am 3/14
Will update when it hits the blockchain.
Blockchain to ***i imagine is giong to take standard 2-5 business days, which is fine.

EDIT: Just wanted to add that, my poker balance atm is shorted the amount i requested via EMAIL, i don't have the button still either. But since they deducted it i'm operating under the assumption that it's on its way.

Thanks !

1) Yes you are eligible for deposit bonuses with bitcoin deposits.

2) ACR currently doesn't charge fees for using bitcoin deposits or withdrawals. The bitcoin system is subject to the variance in bitcoin price, so you could make or lose a few bucks there while your transaction is in progress (I have actually made more over time). Various bitcoin exchanges may have nominal fees associated with their usage, like to convert bitcoin to your local currency and deposit to your bank account. YMMV. Again no idea about what this means for you in Cyprus but the associated fees here in the US I've seen are reasonable.
Thanks for replying, glutenfree!

So the fees aren't just reasonable as I am finding out. This is as good as it gets. Paying just 0.01% (recommended fee) or 0.001% if you are willing to wait a couple of days... How amazing is this!

I have also just found out I can top up my neteller account via BTC. Again I would pay 1.9% to top up from my bank card/account and a maddening 7% to use paysafecard... but just 1.0% - ONE PER CENT - to send money from BTC to Neteller. Very, very impressed.

You will hear from me again very soon

Also is your account name indicative of the way you eat? If so I would like to send you a private message as I have been trying to watch the diet to try and mitigate family- and gamlbing-related stress.

My btc cashout option is gone for the first time on my main skin. (It went away on my other skins at the same time most people lost it.)

How on earth can bitcoin be "down".

It takes literally 10 seconds to make a wallet.

It also takes 10 minutes to deplete your bank account into the site, via bitcoin

it's whatever though.

WPNRulez. If you do end up doing a moneygram payout. Please let me know how long the entire process takes. I am now in this same problem. I have to cash out but have virtually no method. I am being told even MoneyGram has taken some people 3 weeks. I am so frustrated...

Re: Bitcoin Deposits and Withdraws

waddup ROI,

ya we are in the same boat, i actually cancelled the request and currently have my full balance in the poker account after reading it can take up to 3 weeks heres to hoping it just dont disappear randomly with no trace until i can get it out,

im just still trying to psychologically adjust because the few times ive cashed out before in the past, was from bol using WU and bitcoin, and it only took a few days. but no where near as much as what i have at the present moment. this is the most ive ever had in all the time ive been playing, so i am a little anxious about what's going to happen to it. it just surprises me that a site with better everything actually has the weakest withdrawal system for the people that win lol

Re: Bitcoin Deposits and Withdraws

My bitcoin option is gone too. If it matters, i play up to 5kplo/nl and bet around ~5-10k in their book each day. I asked support just now and they told me "We are having the option under maintenance and are working hard to bring it back up as soon as possible"

Re: Bitcoin Deposits and Withdraws

thnx for info RU, imo, it does matter, considering you are a person who participates in serious volume on their site. for a poker site thats good i would imagine

i dunno, i feel like they're trying to bring it up, and it will come back up when it does, until then we just have to see

Re: Bitcoin Deposits and Withdraws

Anyone else find it very strange that if Bitcoin is under "maintenance" we can still deposit with that option but not withdraw? some kind of an explanation from WPN would be great... not just this non sense about "bitcoin is under maintenance and we are working to bring it back asap"... COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!

Re: Bitcoin Deposits and Withdraws

Waiting for bitcoin to process is just a delay tactic by WPN so you will play more instead of cashing. I just processed a bitcoin cashout from SWC and the whole process took less than 8 hours.

Re: Bitcoin Deposits and Withdraws

This is unacceptable. Id never keep the amount of money on the site i do if it wasn't for this option. Bit coin doesn't go down. I called in and got transferred to a supervisor but was hung up on lol
