As far as "who writes this **** and thinks it's good?" goes...

WWE without any real competition is like one of those baseball franchises that would normally lose money, but they don't make any attempt to get better anyway because they can rely on revenue from profitable teams to prop them up.

As long as they're making money, they don't seem to give a **** about the product they're putting out there.
