8-man tag matches primarily exist to be a pointless showcase where wrestlers get their **** in, advancing nothing. They're generally an announcement that the company wants to burn some airtime.

I'd like to think maybe that wouldn't be the case this time since they made it the main event.

Man, they just did one of those three weeks ago too. I would have known with 100% confidence what it was if they did it earlier in the show, and I could have simply tuned out until it was over, but they just punted on having a real main event and fooled me completely by accident.

Glad to have a random masturbatory house show exhibition as a ****ing TV main event.
