Not sure if it still runs, the highest NL game is gonna be 2/5, but during the WPO coming up I wouldn't be surprised if a 5/10 game runs. The 20/40 limit game will be running at the shoe as well.

Are there any regular limit Omaha or O8 games going now days at the Horseshoe or GS now days? If not, any decent chance of them being spread during the WPO? Last time I was out there was WPO two years ago and the GS had a $4/8 or $5/10 O8 game if I remember correctly. I know my buddy played in it but it was before I had really started playing much Omaha.

Remember with Mississippi straddle a 2/5 runs almost like a 5/10.

The 2/5 runs daily at the Horseshoe, the Mississippi straddle is player dependant some times it will be on most of the hands and at other tables very rarely.

I've been at a 2/5 PLO game that ran pretty much like 2/5/10 as this one player was straddling almost 60% of the time, on the other hand I've played 2/5 plo that was played pretty passive.

For the most part though, 2/5 plays really deep at the Horseshoe, many 1k+ stacks.

looks like I will be there starting this weds. is the shoe's weds tourny worth playing? it's got a lot of juice but i don't mind if it has a decent sized field.

I've actually played this a couple times, in my experience it has produced about 40-60 players.

You can usually find 5-6 tables at the Horseshoe and the Goldstrike with 3-4 tables at Harrahs, 1-2 tables at Samstown and a 4/8 limit game at the Hollywood.

I'm heading down to Tunica for the last few days of the WPO, and some cash games. Do the cash games still run pretty strong on the last weekend? I'm actually coming in next Wed (8/3) and staying through the weekend.

When I was there this past weekend both the Goldstrike and Horseshoe were at insanity numbers in the cash games. As someone stated earlier there was a 10-20 PLO, and with that comes all the 1/2, 2/5 nl games and apparently there was a 10/20 limit game and 10/20 o8 game, I think you will find what you're looking for.

Also, extremely cool avatar, huge fan of ATHF and adult swim.

So far its been a zoo. Action has been incredible and the variety of games has surprised me. All in all things are going very well. Its been far busier than I expected. Loving it!
