Yes, they got rid of the poker director position. That is the only position that got taken away though as all the other managers are still there. However, the company has put poker into the "table games" rotation for managers so when one of the poker room managers goes on break (and they get more breaks now.. used to be one 1/2 break per shift or less..) they will have someone from table games to cover. They are now training those managers to know how to run the poker room since they will be there more often now.

White = Caucasian (I would guess that most "whites" have European roots of some sort).

Hispanic would be roots from Latin American countries such as Brazil, Spain, Dominican Republic, Cuba, etc. A lot of the hispanics around my way are Puerto Rican.

Hispanic is not a race. Someone who is Hispanic/Latino can be of any race.
Most Dominican baseball players are Hispanic and black. Most Venezuelan soap opera stars are Hispanic and white. That fellow of Japanese descent who used to be president of Peru probably would consider himself Hispanic and Asian. Most of the population of Mexico is Hispanic and Mestizo (of mixed race).

When poll results categorized by racial/ethnic groups are published, the totals often add up to more than 100%. There will be a small note at the bottom reading "totals do not add up to 100% because Hispanics can be of any race".

When we do surveys, some Hispanics will try to tell us their race is "Hispanic". That does not make them correct, anymore than the people who tell us their race is "American".

I haven't been down in about a month. I've had alot to tend to around home. My GF was giggling last night while I'm watching WSOP and talking to the TV about a hand. Effing guy flops the nut flush and check/calls to the river where he value bets and gets a call. And the announcers are talking about how well played the hand was...yup, real creative.
