If you are basing this on the reading at the Shoe with your card in the machine . . . I've noticed that my tier points and RC's are always several thousand below actual. I have no idea why this is. You apparently need to check it on the Caesars total reward page on the web to get an accurate count....

I'm thinking about playing in Thursday's Bounty Tournament. How many runners have they been getting for the tournaments this past week?

Last week they got about 50 players.

I am assuming that you are noting Tier credits and not reward credits. You have to get in the line. And no, I have never experienced that. I have not gotten enough tier credits for things but never lost them.

Someone asked where Phelps plays, he is usually at ML.

Good value in the 11:00 am bounty today. 3.5 hrs to get ITM. 5-way chop. Thanks to the room for a well-run daily.

I play at the Horseshoe a couple times each week and I saw Phelps there quite a bit. Of course, now he won't be playing there for a while since he got pulled over on the way home from the Horseshoe a few weeks ago. I hope he comes back, because it was pretty cool to see an Olympian in the house on a regular basis.

For those of you saying recreational players don't care about rake, you're wrong. There was a discussion at my table at MDL a few days ago where two fish were saying they won't play at Horseshoe because the take is higher. These were total level one players you want in your game type of fish and they won't play here because of the rake. People do notice.

When the rooms are that close together, the rake makes a difference. CT could charge $7 and they would have come, CET cannot charge $6 in Balt and expect the room to be busy, except when ML is overfilled on the weekend.

I am very surprised and disappointed that the Horseshoe doesn't seem to want to compete with MD Live. They could have a lower rake and lower buy in tournaments that I believe would bring in more players. With the promotions Live is running, I'm not going to drive the extra 15 minutes.

Lame!

I reached Diamond a couple days ago, and I had a relative in town so I decided to use my celebration dinner. I ran up a 90 dollar tab, then headed over to the customer service to pick up my voucher, only to be told that it takes a week and a half to process. I asked the representative to speak to her manager, and she did, but nope, I was just assed out. I was told that they're supposed to inform you the celebration dinner takes time to process when they issue your Diamond card, but I was never informed. Obviously I'm not a happy camper, but it doesn't seem like there's anything I can do

Save the receipt. It's a slim chance, but maybe once the procession is complete they could make it retroactive and reimburse you. Certainly no harm in giving it a try.

get coupon then redeem the offer. If you do not have the coupon OR you lose it, CET will not do a thing. The good part is that you have a $100 dinner coming at some point. You can look forward to that.

I'm by no means an expert but I think smaller, higher buy-in tournaments would attract cash game players. With only 25 tables, the smaller tournament pools make a difference.

In my perfect world, Horseshoe would have a couple $200+ tournaments every day with players going from cash to tournament play.

I assume this is because you just hit diamond and it takes a bit of time to process the status. Generally, you can get the voucher issued immediately . . .

Did you go to the Diamond only desk? It is seperate from the regular Total Rewards desk. There is usually a casino host there or they can get you one. I know when I was Diamond last year, as soon as my card was in a machine, a host was there to say hello and offer me any assistance I needed. Talk to a host and I have no doubt they will make it right immediately.

Are you saying that you had a meal without possessing your intended method of payment and were surprised when you had to use another method of payment? What am I missing here?

Why did you go to get the voucher AFTER running up your tab ?

Does anyone know the comp redemption rates for any of the restaurants? I remember that in AC, some would be 2:1, which is terrible. I will only redeem at 1:1 places.

They're all 1:1 as far as I know including the marketplace restaurants
