Yes, they have safe deposit boxes available - they are located to the right of the cashiers cage - don't know the requirements for attaining one though.

question #1 - pretty much the normal play for 1-3 (as expected) # of tables are normally very good - no long waits.... (Sat night they had 24 1-3 tables running)

question #2 - I played in the tourney Sat night (122 players) - With first place paying 2600. I placed 6th and made 628 (net 528). Twenty minute blinds, normal blind structure (fast) - with no antes. Level of play was basically a minefield with people playing "all-in" poker.

1. 1-3NL, right? How is the general play (horrible I would assume), how many tables usually running, wait list information?

2. The 80+20 7:15pm tourney...avg number of players, general payout info, level of play, blind structure, etc.

If there is anything else I should be aware of, please share. Any help will be GREATLY appreciated!!!!!

And again, sorry if these are old questions...I did a quick skim of the thread, definitely not a detailed study.

Thanks for the info. These games here are great. The $1-$3NL is a lot better than the $2-$5 in my opinion. People open for $15-$20 and get called in 4 spots. So if you like big pots and lots of action come on down. Plus with the tourny's bring people in this is looking to be one sweet spot and Theres plenty of bad play to go around. Enjoy your visit!

I was down there tonight. The floor guy told me the give away is invitation only, meaning you had to get a flier in the mail to be eligible.

Also, all regular daily tournaments are cancelled for the duration of the ISPC, which runs from 8/3-8/19.

I believe the floor guy could be wrong on the must have a mailer invite. The meet in greet is scheduled and being advertised on the web site but makes no mention of invite only.

Well yeah, I mean the poker room will be still be open, I think he meant that only people who got the flier will be eligible to win prizes.

yeah we could hear them opening cash tables as quickly as they were breaking down our tourney tables. Every table in the room has been pretty much full since noon. Likely more of the same tomorrow with day 2 of the deep stack.

Are there any satellites running for ISPC events? Specifically the $300 NL event next weekend? If so, details would be nice!

I haven't seen anything in the poker room about satellites to any of the events.

They have some type of step system where you have to win 3 steps to get into the big tournament. Supposedly they are going to have a better satellite system in place for the March WPT event. Current sats start at $65 I think. They had an interest list for a level 1 sat Sunday but I don't think it went off.
