I agree, VeeRob to the rescue! Like seeing more posts than just busts outs and good job for who ever is doing the photography.

Be great if you can improve the webcam audio some time down the road. MS had it really good audio with their 360 as the audio mic was right over the table, but the table needs to be away from others as all you pickup is the background noise of the surrounding tables.

I'm doing everything. Appreciate the kind words about the photos as I am a total amateur and am trying to get better.

I've been trying to get better audio for about 5 years now. The problem is that a microphone that gets better audio from the table costs a lot, a lot of money.

There was a series, maybe 18 months ago that WhoJedi covered very well. He had pics of notable players in the beginning of a tournament, notable bustout hands, etc. It would be great to get to that level of coverage again.

Really, photo of the year.

I want to make a suggestion for the website tho. It drives me nuts looking at a website built with blogger. It just looks cheap and reminds me of the days where every teenager had a blog to talk about their favorite sports team in the early 00s. I'd like to see wordpress or any other robust web page builder. With RSS feeds you wouldn't even lose previous posts. I understand you inherited this so I don't blame you one bit.

yah I doubt they actually give away seats for the two whole weeks. If i remember correctly there are a few $600 entry with seats guaranteed as well as bunches of smaller ones feeding into those during the week.

A friend of mine who plays occasionally is wondering how the cage would react to rolled 1/2 dollars to buy chips. He collects coins and buys boxes from the bank and returns the unwated coins (98%) and was wondering if they would take them at the cage for chips.

I don't know about the poker cage specifically, but I have seen people at other cages turning in coins with no issues.

Yes. If you tried to pay someone like lets say 200 dollars in loose Penny's a buddy of mine almost had a cops called on him once when he tried using all Penny's on something.

FYI I'm taking a party bus to FW on Saturday night and I'm probably going to be blowing a .18 before I walk in the poker room.

In before "that's not a .18"

True story, cost me $100 bucks. Was going to send my daughter $50 for her birthday, wrote out the card and was rushing for the last postal drop of the day. Run into a bank next to post office with a $100 bill, went to the teller and asked for two $50's. They asked if I had an account. I said no but isn't this legal tender. Said it didn't matter if I didn't have an account. Went to the manager, told me the same thing. I asked if they thought it was counterfeit. She asked me where I got it, told her Foxwoods, she said it's probably ok, but they ran it through the machine, it was fine. Still wouldn't change it, so my kid got $100 for her birthday. So I guess even federally chartered bankcan refuse american government backed currency. (oh and I don't think it's backed by anything anymore)
