According to this, the rooms will be able to have 5 charities per day at 1 time. However, I did not see that in there but I'm #notalawyer.

From what I did read that I liked; there will be a process to expedite a license, $20,000 in chip sales, posting of gambling hotline numbers, "Poker, in ANY form", and forcing rooms to cover any losses in house games.

So was their still going to be a hearing today about those new rules despite the fact Kalm retracted that letter?

c'mon, you gotta give them credit, i mean you can spend $500 on a necklace and you can TELL PEOPLE everywhere you go that it's a $500 necklace, but it'll still look almost exactly like a $10 necklace.. but with an LV belt, i mean, the stitching is undeniable those girls can pick out the genuine article easily, they've got expensive tastes as well as heroin addictions.

fwiw the girls seemed pretty impressed with them, although i'm starting to suspect some of the girls might sometimes exaggerate how cool they think you are, in order to get more tips, ykwim?

Hmm, well I thought the retraction meant charity poker was out of that stage.

Hopefully with this new bill presented nothing will change for the worse until this is heard because keeping charity poker like it is right now is still 100000x better then those changes presented in the late July letter.

I would venture a guess that Richard Kalm expected the injunction to be permanent after today which is why he released that last letter. Today's rules are better than the proposed ones for sure.

Yes they do. Was there about 5 months ago.

Expect to lose about 4-5% on the conversion though. I don't buy extra chips until I need them.

Maybe a big lie, but if it was charades with strippers that might be considered an improvement (i.e. no talking).
