0 chance of checking into someone else room... They need show up. After that of your names on it you can do what ya want.

I'd like it if you guys all asked for your comps as often as possible. This system sucks and one of the few ways I can think of to change it is to make the floor salty.

With the new app check in I am guessing this is possible. I was able to check in on my app, get virtual keycards, and send a virtual keycard to my friend who was staying with me.

Not sure if they require geo-location verification, I did check in within the casino premise. Please try and get back to us lol

I've done this in the past but I had to pick up my keys at the bell desk after showing my ID.

They've also increased security over the past few weeks, you can't get into the elevator lobby without security electronically checking to see if you have an active key, then you have to use the key to press your floor number once you get on the elevator (so if you wanna chill with other people in other rooms, they have to meet you in the lobby and bring you up).

I walked into the water club elevator two weeks ago and my floor was automatically pressed, I wonder if that had to do with the virtual keycard or just a friendly poltergeist

Security increase is good actually I think. Don’t want to have non guests wandering the halls.

My comped rooms suddenly came back including for this weekend, mid-week for the next 2 weeks and weekend of 23/24. Rate as of 7/25 forward. I haven't been there since beginning of April. Anyone else see a change?

If anyones staying over on the 4th I would suggest geting a bay side room facing Harrah's, that's where the fireworks are going off (not that anyones gonna be in their room at 9:20pm on the 4th of July but you never know)

I can't see what poker games are available on the Borgata site. Have they stopped providing that info? Thanks!

Borgata is seriously understaffed. Dealer first day. Manager from former closed poker room full of mistakes.
Guy instead of girl getting drinks.

Can’t make a card in poker room etc.

Are you twelve years old or something? You act like it.

Did you ever have a first day on a new job where you made mistakes? I don't think the majority of players really care.

Major operators Caesars and MGM Resorts International are running leaner, if not significantly meaner, casinos after slashing workforces by 32% and 40% respectively.

Hey, have some compassion. Cocktail waitresses were the only means for Masteril to talk to attractive women

Here's an interesting situation at Borgata from Saturday:

Two players are heads-up on the river and one goes all in for around $500 in a pot of roughly that size. The other player goes into the tank for a LONG time. I'm not sure how long but it was easily more than 5 minutes but people are watching sports and nobody calls the clock. The "tanker" says he's almost dome thinking and tanks some more. At some point, the DEALER calls the floor and tells him what's happening. The floor asks who called the clock and the dealer continues to complain that the guy is taking ten minutes and she can't just sit there! The floor seems unsure what to do but eventually one of the players says that he will call the clock!

The "tanker" is very unhappy but makes the call & wins the pot but the argument goes on well after the hand ended. The dealer kept saying that she needs to earn her tips and the "tanker" keeps reminding her that she has no right to call the clock! She claims that she didn't call the clock! He maintains that she "effectively did"!

Amazingly, she was upset that he didn't tip her for the big pot!
It... was weird.
