lock also promised that satellite coupons we had before the switch would be converted to VIP points. I had a 109 dollar coupon and a 33 dollar coupon which I didn't play because we were promised they would be converted to VIP points. Were they? Nope. Just disappeared like everything else.

On another note, I have also had money disappear when getting up from the tables, and now 12 hours later it still isn't there. I'm just going to dispute my last deposit with my bank and move on.

As promised, I would post for support when I FINALLY heard back.

I have been set up for rakeback re Alexis Lock Support (I have not deposited yet, emergent situation of L and C6, C7 spinal issues, plus trying to get an upcoming biopsy).

When too much, post from Thrive, check email on I pad. Alexis said credits should be coming within the next few days. NOW, this means they probably had a teeny bit of difficulty transitioning back to rakeback - Lock VIP system, Cake rake back system.

HOWEVER, I finally got an answer. Will probably deposit via one of my many options after Doctor tomorrow. Would have deposited earlier if had some idea, but with the cash problems this weekend, maybe better I waited? This looks like growing pains.

Also, REMEMBER that no matter what state you live in, online if shire is risky. So deposit accordingly (I personally don't like to start with more than 5% of my prospective roll - plenty to grind up with, and not go broke if a run of bad). Just my personal thoughts.

I think if they can hang on through the bumps, Revolution will be a contender. I will place money on here, keep money on Carbon, and have a third Merge skin if I feel the need for variety. Using the deposit method described above - I will right now have no more than 10% of my roll on two sites.

Shane... you said in your new thread to post about some issues you have. I've asked a few times to support to be put on rakeback and they keep on saying they are putting me on a list. I've been seeing "white vip cashback" payments in my vault. I believe this is not rakeback, but vip cashback from the vip system. You said cashback goes in the vault and this is what I have been getting.

I don't want the vip system, I want rake back. Please let me know if my account has that activated or if it will be. And please don't say I'll be put on a list because I think I will go insane.

I got 1 payment tonight that is labeled RakeChase... It's the first Ronin payment but since the first of the month I've play a ton of 20nl 6max and 50nl HU hands and should have more than just the first payment... I'm guessing the hands I played during the switch and the couple days after weren't being recorded? I would love for someone to get me the money I'm owed. On that note, yesterdays situation when the processors went down or whatever and the money wasn't being added to play accounts, I wasn't paid back all of my money. Was paid around 90% of what was owed but am still missing ~$150 from one tourney cash and a couple cash tables. Have emailed Shane personally as well as Lock support. Would love to get those two payments ASAP! Thanks!

I wouldn't suggest depositing yet. Lock is F@#$ed up bad right now. You can't track ur rakeback or ronin promotion. Read a couple of the threads on Lock Poker and you will see there is a lot of chaos among the lock players. Also there is a lack of customer service/support at the moment. Personally, I'm waiting until all this confusion and LOTS of ERRORS to get resolved before I even consider taking the 200% bonus! GL mate!

Rakeback - CREDIT_RAKE_BACK

I do see a "CREDIT_RAKE_CHASE" payment in my account history now. However, this payment seems to only be for ~1-2 days worth of play, not for all of June's play.

Are these payments in queue to clear?

i believe i read some where, it is 200% deposit bonus but the max is 4K.

But i hope lock could realize all of these just cause more confusing and complains, and players would have to get through a lot to keep in playing. So Lock should be getting too much into the limited number for each race level.

on positive side, poker scout report shows revolution has moved to the 13 place by doubling the traffic, although many would say it could have been higher if the migration would be much more smooth.
