Email support or wait for the admin to be fixed. Emails to support have gone mostly unanswered on this subject.

i emailed emily, support, and shane about this had a bonus carry over from lock, that I haven't seen any of after over 600 paid in rake. No response yet over 48 hours.

I was emailed in response by Emily saying that my deposit bonus carrying over from when they were on merge had been applied to my account (i've played more then enough to clear what was left of it.) Come 12 houors later no money, nothing in my admin, nothing in vault, or anything else.

Okay it can be ported over, they just havent got to it yet.
They were leaving it till last because with the difference in earn rate most people were just depositing with the new bonus to work that off.

which left me with more questions and no answers, so now the old merge bonuses are clearing at a diff. rate then the new deposit bonuses?

My admin is finally working. Still don't have vault access even though I have 7k+ vip points this month and emailed them about it a few days ago.

i just used the redeem pts for cash in the vault, they took the points but never gave me the cash....

Still no evidence of a deposit bonus anywhere.

Are you RB? If so, it looks like it is possible to exchange them, but the value is "$0".

From what I have read there seems to be 2 different ways to get 'rakeback'. Points v rakeback? I'm not to sure what the different options are, can someone please fill me in. Thanx!

In the history section of my cashier page. It shows some credit rake for Ronin. However, I have not seen these payments.

Will the ronin payments be applied at the end of the month? I'd like to know because if so, I'm going to up my playing to try to get as many points as possible.

The payments for ronin go straight to your balance. I've been getting mine.

if you are on a mac you need to take all of that numbers b.s. and just delete it from the web address. delete everything after .eu then try to go to page then. this works for daddy
