Lil help!! How do I sign up for rakeback on the Revolution network if I previously had an account with Lock on Merge network. **Note: I already loaded the new skin for Lock and never had rakeback with Lock while on Merge. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks all.

Just email Lock Support KV and tell them you want to make sure your VIP Merger account has been switched to Rakeback on Revolution.

That should be all you need!

I have Cake rakeback with raketherake. For some reason it's not tracking me for this month, and on my raketherake summery page it still states i'm at 33% even though i received email stating i'm at 36% now. Also not showing any progress on the rake race page. Are you guys aware of this happening?

Didn't receive my rake race payment for Cake's May rake race 4 yet. Guessing it's coming and probably delayed due to the Revolution disaster. Am I correct?

Silly question, but if I choose to go the VIP route on lock, should I not sign up with an affiliate?

I been on the new network with Lock poker since start, and i already waiting 4 days to get a reply to my emails i send to them. I even called them but they didnt pick up and i spoke in their anshwermachine. They didnt call me back. I emailed all their emails. And no respond. Also live chat doesnt work, it never ever worked , also not on their old network.

Yep still use and affiliate. That way you will get whatever Lock offer...plus any special promos that the affiliate offers (or may offer in the future!)

If you sign up through a rakeback affiliate then it will automatically get you the rakeback anyhow. In addition you will in future be eligible for any extra promotions that they run.

i think RTR should have an easy to find instruction (bold on frontpage of the rb offer) that you dont get Rakeback on a new account (cakesite#2) if you ever had an old account with RB on cakesite#3.

I was interupted DURING a game and my account was instantly locked. So i def. lost money thanks to this kind move and probably also all my earned RB for the time i was playing there. NOt nice imo

Sorry to hear this happened.
However...

Lock is NOT going to block your account mid game and lock you out for playing on a skin just because you already have an account on another skin.

Also you can still get Rakeback on Lock even if you have had rakeback on 3 or 4 other Cake (Revolution) skins. You have always been able to get rakeback on multiple skins. The rule is that to switch, you must be inactive on the rakeback site you are leaving for 90 days.
If you hadnt been inactive, all that would happen is that you would not get rakeback on the new skin. They certainly wouldn't cut you off!

If your account has been frozen there, it is for a different reason. Usually fraud or verification issues. Or possibly just some software issue they are having.

I recommend you contact Lock and ask them what the problem was
But it is certainly not RTR or Rakeback related.

Hi, are you sure about the 90 days inactivity thing? I e-mailed Lock Support saying i want to join the site but i also have accounts on Cake and Broadway Tables and if it's posible to get rakeback if i delete those acounts. They said it's no problem and i can get rakeback regardless of those 2 accounts: "Hi, We accept players regardless if they have another account on the network or not and indeed will also receive 36% rakeback".

We have double checked with the lock CEO just to be sure

Existing Lock accounts (from Merge) can move across with rakeback no problem.
But new Lock accounts have to wait the 90 days as per normal on the Revolution network

You can sign up today without problem. And you can start playing there if you like with their regular program and the rake chase etc. But you will need to have been inactive for 90 days on your Cake Rakeback account in order to switch it across to Lock

Is lock/cake legit?

Raketherake: I am a new lock poker user and signed up prior to creating an account with rakebrain.com, however, after looking further into the site I noticed that lock has not updated with rakebrain since november of last year which would explain why theres no data in my account. I just visited raketherake.com and stated that I have an existing account with Lock and would like to receive rakeback. Will this work to receive rakeback or will it fail because I signed up with rakebrain.com already?? What can I do to resolve this issue so I am awarded the full rakeback amount? Thanks for your help

If your account is with another affiliate then you wouldnt be able to get rakeback from us unfortunately. I am not sure what the issue at Rakebrain is currently but you need to contact Lock directly and explain it. Your rakeback there should have been automatic and so you should not have missed out.
If Lock can't help you then you will have to consider switching to another Skin on that network.
